Yes , it’s discussing! But the benefits for your health and mood are huge. You have to learn to use little bit of discussing stuff my fellow attractive bald man to your advantage. And health benefits are the most important benefits! Period!

Would you take a spoonful of discussing cod liver oil if I told you that you’re going to be healthier, your skin will be better looking, you’re going to have a great mood throughout

the day and your immunity will be high? I think you would. And I would too! But my wife wouldn’t! My kids don’t want it too!!!And I believe there many people out there who would not take it either.

This tells me something about us humans. For the most part we want to be comfortable, we want to eat something that tastes good. If it doesn’t we won’t eat it. It must taste good! Even if it’s crap you’re putting into your body. It must taste good we are convincing mistakenly ourselves.

Even if that not so tasty cod liver oil can change your life to better. And that makes me make a statement that won’t make many people happy. We are not that smart! Yes few of us between are. But not that many.

But I urge you my fellow attractive going bald man on mission to defy that urge for comfort and tasty only. Make sure there is that uncomfortable and little bit of discussing like the cod liver oil I’m talking about here in your life. Because your health, sanity and overall well being depends on it! So go get yourself the cod liver oil and start taking it regularly. Endure that bad taste for few seconds for great healthy hours, days and years!

When you’re overwhelmed

When things are hitting you from each side and you don’t know where to start, just stop! Look at yourself from the top. Are you running around stressed? Are you lost? You don’t know where to start? Don’t despair!!

Ask yourself. What is important? What is the most important? I’ll answer it for you. Your health, health of your loved ones is the most important. Now if the tasks are not related to your health or health of your loved ones, than they can wait. No reason to stress about them.

I believe we take many things in our life’s too seriously. And they don’t deserve to be taken seriously.

I tend to believe that I have few major bugs (tasks) on my back and I need to take them seriously. No I don’t! I just have to look at myself from the top. And looking from the top I see how unimportant they are. Because at the end of the day only your and yours health and mental sanity really matters. So don’t worry about the rest! Breath!!! Ahhh…Relax…………..

3 main reasons:

First, the most obvious is health and well being connected to doing sports. And I don’t think I have to write too much about that. Everyone gets it.

For young going bald or already bald man physical and mental fitness and well being is crucial. Everybody gets it. Enough about that.

Second, sports enable you to handle fear and failure better in life. Sports are filled with experiences of fear and failure. You’re constantly exposed to these factors which means you’re learning how to handle them better.

Life is filled with fear and failure. It’s a big part of life. And who ever handles this part better is automatically ahead.

Young going bald man as well as every man is going to experience fear and failure in life daily.

The more prepared he is the better. And doing sports prepare everyone to handle these facts of life with success and winning attitude.

Next time I’ll win!

It’s scary and I’m failing. Not a big deal!

I’ll work harder! And I’ll not make that mistake anymore!

That kind of thinking gets developed in young bald mans brain.

Third is determined by a clear objective of success in sports. Rules are clear and whoever works better and harder usually wins. What a great lesson for life!

I recently realize, that when I’m writing on this website for my fellow young going bald or already bald mam somewhere out there in the world, I’m trying to talk from the debt of my heart. And I imagine giving advice for life to my two little kids too, I love so much.

And I wish they would listed and take this advice seriously.

Because the one I would like to share in this article is huge!

I want to summarize the importance of your diet, the stuff you put into your mouth young going bald or already bald man to these few words:

Rule number 1 – your carbohydrates come only from fresh vegetables and fruit

It’s very straight forward rule. But few manage to follow it. It’s hard to follow. But I never said it will be easy.

Challenge yourself my fellow young bald man. Follow it 100% and see for yourself how you feel and soon look.

Don’t eat pasta, breds, potatoes, rice. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables as your only source of carbohydrate.

Off course your veggies can be grilled or cooked.

Rule number 2 – no additional sugar and flour + no any processed foods enter your mouth. Period!

I hope this one doesn’t need any explanation. Don’t put any sweetened crap into your mouth my fellow young going bald man.

Rule number 3 – you should ad piece of protein and add healthy fat to every meal you eat.

Eating a piece of protein about the size of your palm of your hand and adding some either olive oil, nuts, butter, avocado, coconut oil with every meal will keep you satisfied longer. So you’re less likely to snack between the meals.

Rule number 4 – 3 meals per day. That’s it! No snacking.

That means that you eat only 3 meals per day that comply with rules mentioned in first 3 rules.

Rule number 5 – boring drinks.

That means you drink only boring drinks like plain water, unsweetened teas, unsweetened mineral water and coffee. That’s it!

Yes the drinks you’ll drink are boring, but the energy, great looks and health you get drinking them only is very exciting!

Rule number 6 – no food 2 hours before bed time.

Yes that means no snacking after dinner. Just sipping your unsweetened mint tea. That’s what I do. And I strongly recommend it!

Rule number 7 – no rule once in a while.

Once in a long while you can brake all the rules. Why not? Attractive successful bald man can have it all! Just don’t brake the rules too often.

Bald attractive man has to be physically fit! Period!
 
 If you want to argue with me on this you won’t go very far. Keep arguing. But you’re doing yourself disfawor.
 
 In order to be attractive, you have to be very physically fit. And I believe you do want to be an attractive bald man.
 
 The great news is that, it’s not that hard to become very physically fit.
 
 And plus majority of you young bald man out there are yes – Young! So no excuses!
 
 It’s your duty to be and stay physically fit when you’re young!
 
 It’s your duty to have beautiful athletic muscular body!
 
 I will tell you one secret to my past personal dating life and overall success in my life so far.
 
 This is not bragging! It’s an advice for you young going bald or already bald man.
 
 I hope my son and daughter will read it some day too. I wish you do Andre and Eva!
 
 It’s priceless advice.
 
 I was always quite average at everything.
 
 I wasn’t and I’m still not very good looking, rich or very smart or very good at anything.
 
 But I always dated the most attractive, intelligent amazing women in my life.
 
 And so far I manage to become very personally satisfied with my life too and the way it’s going.

 But be a very physically fit, athletically, muscular nice guy!
 
 And keep it that way forever!
 
 Do not ever let your physical fitness and athleticity go away!
 
 You would be surprised how many other important aspects of your life improve and stay fit with it too!
 
 Your health, your mind, your boldness, your confidence, your taste for life, your positive attitude and overall success in life will be very fit too if you stay very physically fit.

Bald attractive man say your thank you, stay positive and happy!

 I grew up in Eastern Europe, so I didn’t celebrate Thanksgiving. There is no Thanksgiving in Europe. But I think it should be. Everybody should have over there in my old home, here in US and everywhere in the world their own thanksgiving EVERY DAY!
 
 Thanks giving every day for happiness, well being and success.
 
 I have a habit of thanking to 3 things in my life every single morning. You should develop one too my fellow bald man.
 
 Now I’m going to sound selfish, but this habit really benefits my life. I feel more calm and relaxed, I feel great generally, I feel blessed at every aspect of my life. Yes, for my bald head too.
 
 When you wake up in the morning try to think a little my fellow bald man. I know you have things in your life that you’d like to change, or have or you’re unhappy about. We all do! That’s normal.
 
 But we also have things, incredible things in our life’s we should bring up and be thankful for. And that’s the key for developing well being. By realizing what you have and forgetting what you want, you can seriously change your life.
 
 My 3 thank yous today
 
 I’m incredibly thankful for my family, my wife and kids and their and mine great health.
 
 I’m incredibly thankful for being able to help people in this world – my fellow young bald men by helping them getting through the scary bald beginnings and pushing them to live bold, successful, attractive full of fulfilled potential life’s as bald men.
 
 And yes! I am thankful for that 5 star vacation I had this year with my family and friends in Mexico where I got to surf waves produced by hurricane Patricia and managed to come home safely. Yes I had a little scary from my part stupid experience in the ocean with happy ending!

Yes, you can be bald rockstar without dying at 27 like some very well known rockstars did. Stars like Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Janice Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix or Marilyn Monroe lived very short lives. Yes they were true rockstars but the price they paid for it was too high.

Be a rockstar who lives long healthy life my fellow young going bald or already bald man! Concentrate on health and abundant energy in life! That’s what true rockstars do! That’s what bald attractive man rockstar – YOU does!

We all know some “cool” friends who smoke, drink, use substances. And they seem cool to us, sort of carelessly enjoying life’s forbidden stuff. And enjoying them in the process! Beware! It always, always catches up with them eventually! Always! The devil will always takes it dues! Always!

What seems to be cool now will not that long from now become a missery! Don’t ever let that Happen to you my young bald man on mission to be a true rockstar. Ever! Promise me that!

Healthy also means being attractive. And most young men care about that way more than they care about their health. Great! No problem! As long as it motivates you to stay healthy.

Dying young is overrated – live healthy long life young going bald man or already bald man!

First things first!

No smoking, heavy drinking and drug using! These will destroy not only your health and energy, but attractiveness too. I know you care the most about that at this young age my fellow young bald man. Stay attractive, stay away from drugs, cigarettes and alcohol!

Healthy diet for bald rockstar

Eat healthy wholesome diet free of processed foods. Diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit. Don’t add sugar to anything you eat or drink. Drink only boring stuff like water, freshly brewed unsweetened teas, unsweetened coffee and mineral waters. Everything sugar free!!!

That pretty much sums it up. This kind of diet will keep you healthy, pimple free, good looking, lean and with lots of energy.

Don’t underestimate the importance of what you eat my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Take it very, very, very seriously! And stay attractive and perform like a rockstar forever!

Exercise for bald rockstar

By now you most likely know my exercise routine I recommend to my fellow young going bald men. It’s the combination of intensive strength training, interval training and fun outdoors physical activities enjoyment.

I believe that, it is the best way to stay healthy, super fit, superman with abundant energy and super good looking too! Everything benefits by you bald man taking the effort to stay in perfect physical shape. Get on it! No excuses!

Sleep for bald rockstar

When you’re very young and pulling the all nighter doesn’t seem like a big deal, you’re dealing with youth my fellow young going bald or already bald man. And youth is flying. And it’s flying away fast.

I still remember feeling like I do not need to sleep at all not that long ago. Well, that was youth. I’m 38 now and I can assure you, that I don’t feel the same way anymore.

If I pull 1 all nighter, I’ll pay for it dearly. Not only with the energy levell, but health wise too. Anyway I don’t have to go too much into the details here about not getting enough sleep. You already know the consequences young bald man on mission.

Get good sleep habits under your belt now while you’re still young my fellow young going bald man. And you’ll be atractive, strong, healthy, with lots of energy bald rock star!

Meditation for bald rockstar

This is a one subject in overall health and well being of a bald rockstars, that I don’t have much experience in. But considering how beneficial it is to meditate for good healthy life, I am planing to dive in soon into meditation and it’s techniques.

Managing depression for young going bald or already bald man

It can be seriously depressing for a young mam to go bald. The earlier he experienced baldness the tougher it is for him. And if you’re one of these young going bald men, I understand your pain. I’ve been there! But there is an outcome from this situation. And it’s a great positive one. The ultimate outcome is that young bald man, even though often not realizing this, can and will live attractive successful life of a bald man. But it also depends on his attitude. Now you’re depressed my fellow young bald man. So let’s deal with your depressions first.

Young bald man is depressed by this early baldness situating he was thrown in. Again, I was one of you. Now, I am not the doctor and I am also not a fan of any drugs, but I had to deal with my depressions in my early twenties coming from baldness too. And I managed to do it successfully without any medication. So it makes me at least little bit qualified to give you my fellow young going bald or already bald man advice what to do in your situation, so you’re less depressed and possibly getting rid of depression entirel. I want you to feel amazing about yourself! And you will if you follow my advice.

Let’s get started!

There are 6 strategies I recommend for a young going bald or already bald man to manage his depression.

First of all my fellow young going bald or already bald man:

Never Give Up!

I know you won’t! It’s a done deal. You’re are a fighter. You’re going to get through this depression!

Do strength and interval training regularly

There simply isn’t enough physical work in peoples life’s anymore. All is automated, all is indoors, all work is done in sitting position. Now that’s making us partially depressed!

Young going bald man is smart enough to realize it. Heck he is young and strong and hard physical work has to be part of his life. And it has to be a big part of his depression management system. Why? Because it really works!

You! going bald or already bald man, do some combination of intensive strength and interval training 3 – 4 times per week – Every week! Regularly! Consistently! Intensivelly! My favorite words right there! And hopefully yours soon too!

So why intensive strength training and interval training? Our bodies and minds are wired and programmed to do intensive physical work in our life’s to function well. Building shelter, escaping saber tooth tigers, hunting for our dinner. Well those things don’t exist in our life’s anymore. Now all is safe, we have shelters and we have supermarkets full of food. Life is good. But is it really?

Hard physical work releases endorphins to your blood stream to make you feel better so you can keep hunting for that dinner. And that makes you feel great. Same applies to building and moving around.

Hard physical work keeps your body strong and that translates hugely to your mind, which means – Strong Positive Mind!

Anyways my fellow young going bald or already bald man, start doing some form of intensive strength and interval training to manage your depression. But the benefits of intensive physical work go far, far, far beyond that! Start intensive strength training and interval training today and never stop!

Take cold showers after your workouts

Now this one is for brave souls. But it is also an incredibly effective strategy for beating depression. And of course the whole well being and great health of the young going bald man included. Take cold showers my fellow young going bald man after you finish your intensive workout. Go ahead try it today and write me how you feel for the rest of your day. My guess would be: you’re feeling incredibly amazing!

This is how it should look like: after I finished my intensive strength training workout yesterday I went straight to the shower. I started the shower luke warm. But not too long after I rapidly decreased the temperature of the shower to just pure cold. I stayed there for another minute and a half (feel free to stay longer) and than I got out. The whole shower took me about 3 minutes. I put soap on in luke warm water and than rinsed it with cold water.

Is this very uncomfortable thing to do? You bet it is! But the feeling you experience after is quite amazing. You’ll feel very relaxed and in peace long after. It’s sort of feels like you just finished your surfing session on San Francisco’s ocean beach – my favorite surfing spot. The water is ice cold there. Much colder than water in your shower. Of course I wear a wet suite! But few times I went without it. Boy I felt amazing the whole day long after!

My fellow young going bald or already bald man, take cold showers after your intensive workouts. It is not only very beneficial for your health, it also works against depression. Give it a try a see! Happy polar bearing!

Delete additional sugar and flour from your diet

Food is a powerful drug. That’s what Mr. Sears said in his famous book -Zone Diet. And since the time I read his book, I stopped drugging myself with food. My mental and physical fitness improved by 10000 times.

Yes my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Food can seriously mess with your mood swings. Especially the food loaded with added refined sugar and flour. And that is pretty much all processed food.

But why Sugar and flour you might ask? Now, I don’t want to turn this article into a biology lecture, so I will answer very simply why. Sugar and flour mess up your natural insulin production ballance. And that’s causing you to feel high briefly after eating something heavy on these substances and than the crash comes. And guess what it brings with itself. Yes that’s correct – depression.

Eating natural wholesome unprocessed diet keeps your body insulin production in check and with that also blood sugar levels stable. If you manage to pull this simple but not easy step of eating diet free of additional sugar, flour and processed foods off, you’ll notice incredibly positive change not only on your mood and feel good state, but the overall health!

Young going bald or already bald man don’t put additional sugar, flour and processed foods into your mouth anymore and your depression might just completely disappear. Or you’ll at least manage it better.

Foods and drinks to avoid for managing depression: fruit juices, soda pop, any sweetened beverages, beer, candy, jams, breads, bagels, pizzas, energy bars, candy bars, sweetened yougurts, chocolates unless it high percentage – 85% and more chocolate based and many others.

The key is to read a label of the food you’re buying. If it says in the ingredients list – sugar, corn syrup, rice syrup, honey, maple syrup or any kind of concentrate, it’s all sugar. Don’t buy it!

Be more selfish be happier

Young going bald or already bald man often pays too much attention to what others think about himself. And he wants to fit in no matter what. But often he’s neglecting his own needs and wants.

My advice to you my fellow young going bald man is to tune out more others and needs and wants of others and put yours first!

What do you love to do? What makes you happy? Do more of that! Stop paying too much attention what others want you to do and be. I know it’s often hard to do that. But you must try. Your own well being is at stake!

Let me give you one of my examples of being more selfish and ultimately feeling better. I go surfing once per week now. Now few people already told me that I need to be available this particular day and driving 20 min. to my surfing spot and than driving back and surfing for 3 hours is just waist of time.

I say no, no, no! It’s my selfish feel good time. And I will continue doing it no matter what. Do others suffer by it? Yes they do a little! But they’ll be ok. I don’t care! This is my selfish action and it will stay in my life. I have many, many others mind you? And you my fellow young going bald or already bald man need them too!

Start building something and never stop

Us men are builders by nature. We are hunters and we are builders. That’s how our minds are wired. We were mend to go and hunt the wholly mammoth and build villages and pyramids. Now give a man a office desk, computer and decent paycheck and he’s stuck forever just pushing papers and envelops not ever needing to hunt or built anything. And guess what suffers the most?

Yes, his mind, his happiness, his sense of mission and acomplishment. And the depression sets it. To manage depression better my fellow young going bald man, you need to start building something, hunting something even if you have a desk and a good paycheck. Something is missing!

Let me give you few of my examples:

I build and weld metal structures and statues. I hope to do more of it in the future.

I build this web site: Baldattraction.com over long time, and I’m planing to stick with it forever.

I build a fit body and the work never stops.

I build my family – I have 2 beautiful kids I love. And we are all a big works in progress.

Those are my projects that keep my mind positively engaged to what I was mend to do – building and hunting!

Now yours hunting, building projects my fellow young going bald or already bald man will be different. Pick something that you will love doing, something that will deeply satisfy you and challenge you. Do it and you’ll be amazed what great positive changes happen in your mind. You’ll find that managing your depression will be a lot easier.

Work toward ambitious goal or goals – your own goals

Having a sense of mission, a big mission is very good for your well being. Suddenly everything makes sense. The road is clear, direction is set. I want you my fellow young gong bald man to create a big goal or few big goals right now to work toward. These goals must be big challenging goals! I call them missions of change. It means that if you achieve them, your life will change substantially in a very positive way.

Let me give you few examples of life changing goals – missions:

Move to different country and live there for a year or more.

Travel around the world for a year.

Achieve six pack abs fitness levell.

Start and build a business that can run without you and generate income for you.

Train for and finish marathon.

Write your own book.

Learn to play musical instrument.

Learn new language.

Go to and finish college and get a degree in a field you love.

List goes on my fellow young going bald man. The key is to make these goals big enough so they actually change your life when you reach them.

Now what does achievement of big goals in your life has to do together with managing depression? A lot!

When you set a big challenging life changing goals you’re excited about, you gain a positive direction that excites you. Plus you realize that you need a lot of energy to accomplish these goals. So you’re more likely to not wast any in dwelling on how your life suck.

You become a driver of your own life and that’s very empowering! Not necessarily easy, but very rewarding! How fantastic! Now get on it my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Write down 3 big life changing goals on the paper. And start working toward them today!

There is quite a popular statement about bald men being better in bed. Whatever that might mean, being more passionate, lasting longer, being creative and wild or whatever you consider being great by a partner you’re having sex with.

I understand this statement and where it’s coming from. Bald is associated with too much testosterone, which is by the way not true at all. And that’s why bald men are considered a sexual incredible performers. But I have to disappoint you here my fellow bald man. But I am doing it only for your own benefit. And yes, if you already are an attractive bald man and do what’s required to be one, you most likely are fantastic performer in bed.

Statement that bald men are better in bed is a myth.

Now why am I saying that? Am I trying to take the last few advantages based on some bald men away from them? From us bald men? I am bald too and I want to be considered a great performer in bed too 🙂

It’s not the bald head, it’s the health

Baldness doesn’t have anything to do with testosterone, which is the sex and good health promoting hormone in men. The overall health does. The stuff you eat, the way you exercise, sleep and rest, that’s the magic to the great performance in bed.

You want as much of naturally produced testosterone floating in your body as possible. This hormone promotes great health and performance. Again, the testosterone hormone naturally produced by our bodies is not responsible for baldness and hair loss! It’s a myth and a very popular one.

Becoming incredible bald performer in bed

Now, you my fellow bald man can make that statement about bald men being the best performers in bed a true statement. How do you do it!

Boosting your testosterone levels

Which BTW is not responsible for hair loss, I repeat again. Different testosterone is. Boosting your overall testosterone levels will make you not only fantastic performer in bed, you’ll also become healthier and more confident man.

Every bald man can boost his health, energy and performance by improving his diet. Yes, the stuff he eats. And believe it or not, even the healthiest eaters out there have room for improvement.

I strongly believe that what us bald men put into our mouths can seriously make a difference in our overall health, success, attractiveness and of course performance in bed too.

Now, what are the main keys in eating healthy, high performance diet?

I have 3 important rules of high performance attractive diet for attractive successful bald man.
And they are:

1. No processed foods!
2. No aded sugar of any kind in your diet!
3. No flour of any kind in your diet!

To sum these 3 rules up: Eat only stuff naturally occurring in nature and don’t add any sugar or flour to it.

That basically leaves you eating only fresh meets of any kind, fish, nuts – preferably raw, eggs, avocados, vegetables, fruits, moderate amount of whole dairy, legumes and plenty of good fats like olive oil, coconut oil and even the grass fed butter. You don’t have to be afraid of it.

What should you drink for the highest possible performance?

I have the answer for you attractive, successful, high performing bald man in making. And it’s a boring one! But it’s also exciting at the same time. Because it gives you all the exciting stuff out there everybody wants like high energy, great performance, performance in bed included, great looks and great feel.

So the answer is: To get exciting great results in life, attractive, successful bald man in making can only drink pure water, unsweetened mineral water, unsweetened teas and unsweetened coffee. That’s it! I told you, it will be boring. But see and try for yourself the results this boring drinking brings! It a great trade off.

Strength training

Attractive, successful, highly performing bald man on a mission who who doesn’t believe in power of intensive, regular strength training has to change this belief today!

Strength training and it’s benefits are amazing! I would go as far as to say, that you can’t be attractive, successful, high performing bald man if you don’t do intensive strength training on regular bases.

Make it your new attractive, successful, high performance resolution today to start doing regular intensive strength training my fellow bald man! Yes your successful, attractive, highly performing life depends on it.

Simple strength training for high performing attractive bald man

I have 4 simple exercises you can start doing today my fellow bald man. And if you do them regularly 2-3 times per week and intensively, you’ll immediately get ahead of 99% of all men out there! How fantastic! You’ll be dominating immediately!

Here they are:

Pull ups – 5 times maximum you can do

Push ups – 111 performed in shortest time possible

Simple squat jumps – 3 times 30

Floor crunches – 111 performed in shortest time possible

Do it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

That’s it!

With this very simple plan, you’ll be able to achieve physical fitness many men only dream of. And that puts you immediately ahead of them. The power of true bald attraction is doing the stuff majority of men wouldn’t do. And by doing that, confidence of a bald man rises exponentially. And a final result is bald highly confident, highly performing, successful man.

Anyway, I forgot to add, that doing a regular, intensive strength training will also make you an incredible performer in bed. It really boosts testosterone levels. A really nice side benefit indeed!

Sleep and rest

Another important tool of a bold highly performing bald attractive man is the rest management. It’s simple. If you feel physically tired after being very active lately, take a day off and just rest.

You only get better if you let your body recover from the overload, be it physical or mental. That’s the rule of nature that will never change. And we all have to respect it.

Rest management goes like this in very simple words:
One day is very hard, than you have one day or two easier. You push it hard with your strength training today and the following two days you swim or play some ping pong or soccer.

You should try to be active everyday. That means you do something physical every single day. You just manage intensity.

The same principle should be applied to mental stress and relax. Keeping a great balance between those two is the way to go. Don’t just sit in the office whole day and use your mind. Mix it up with something physical and vice versa. I am sure you get the idea.

Regarding sleep, highly performing, attractive bald man – YOU! should be getting enough sleep everyday. Minimum 6 hours, but ideally 8. That doesn’t mean you can’t have fun in life. You can have a lot of fun, you can party and stay up late. But make sure you catch up with your sleep eventually. Zombies don’t make great performers. And they look pretty ugly too.

To be high performing attractive bald man with a lot of energy and yes great performance in bed too, make sure you get enough sleep.

It’s as simple as that. Sleep is very, very, very important for attractive bald mans well being! Don’t underestimate it my fellow bald man. Get enough sleep!

Stress management

In our modern world, stress is here to stay. There is nothing we can do about it. Or can we?

I believe us attractive, high performing successful bald men can eliminate a lot of it. And we should. We should only keep the good stress in our life’s. The kind of stress from which we grow and improve. Stress like physical stress, exercise, strength training, mental stress, learning and pushing our limits is a good stress for us bald attractive men.

But we should minimize the bad stress like financial worry, too much work and not enough balance in life and off of course stress coming from hating our early baldness. There is no reason for it!

The best way to manage stress is to create a balance in it. If you work 9-5 in the office looking into the computer and stressing your mind, make sure you do something physical on your lunch brakes or after work and on the weekends. And vice versa. If you you’re Plummer and work physically all day long, sit down in the evening and read inspiring book, learn new language, play guitar or take a class on programming. I am sure you get the picture. The key is to achieve balance.

Becoming attractive successful bald high performer

If you put all this beautiful tools together my fellow Attractive Successful Bald Man in making, you’ll certainly become high performer. And you’ll also become high performer in bed. That’s a great side effect of being heathy, physically and mentally strong, Attractive highly performing bald man. But, it won’t come free. You have to work at it! And you have to work at it intensively and consistently. But why wouldn’t you? I believe doing all these often not easy things in life on regular bases is a duty of every man. I hate hair growth products!

Yes I do. I hate hair growth products! I already had few incidences, where one of my videos for attractive bald men was taken, edited and used for promoting hair growth products. Of course I got really wildly mad about it. So I declared a war to these guys and they are seriously afraid of me! I officially became number 1 enemy of hair growth products. So if you think, I am going to pitch some hair growth products on you. You are at the wrong place.

Hair growth products are dangerous chemicals in my world. And they should be in yours too. There are also those products that replace your hair, either by surgery or by glueing some hair on top of your potentially very attractive bald head. I hate them all. And I urge you to stay away from them!

There is no need to look for hair growth products and replacements my bald friend. Why would you do that, if you can use your bald head to your advantage. Look around this website. Bald men live fantastic attractive life’s living up to their true potential. By applying few principles you can control your attractive bald destiny, my soon to be very attractive bald friend.

Bald man can be the most attractive man out there. And I don’t care how young you were when you got bald. I was bald by the age of 23, started going bald at age of 18 and managed to date some of the most beautiful women out there and I live successful bold life.
