Yes, strength training is the secret to great shape. And we bald man have to be in great shape to be attractive. Everybody does. So forget the cardiovascular exercise and get used to pushing and pulling heavy things, your body included.

Intensity matters a lot in overall strength training routine. Yes, it is important to start slowly. But once, after the starting period is over, after about 3 weeks, it’s time to hit it hard.
I don’t want to scare you away my future bald attractive friend. It might seem like a very time consuming hard work this intensive strength training. But it doesn’t have to be. 2 times per week for about 20 minutes is all that’s required right now. And it will make a huge difference on your overall body composition and attractiveness.
That intensity will build lean muscle. It will increase your overall metabolism. You’ll start losing fat and become athletically muscular. There is no need to worry about getting too bulky and muscle boud. You won’t. Don’t worry. All you’ll get from intensive strength training exercise my fellow future bald attractive man is attractive athletic body.
