Without question, we human beings are attracted to other fit human beings. And not by a little. By a lot! However shallow it might sound, being physically fit is very attractive. There is something wild in all of us that is attracted to fit athletic, healthy bodies that are in motion. And when they are not in motion, they look like they have been in motion for long time, day in and day out.
And I am talking here also about those attractive intelligent women that will swear to you that all they want is a nice guy. And that, they don’t care about physical fitness. Well, with pretty high certainty I can tell you, that they don’t know what they are talking about.
So what should you Attractive Bald Man do about that simple truth. The answer to that question is very simple: Get very fit! And than, stay very fit! It might seem like something you don’t have time to do, but trust me here, you don’t have time not to do it. You simply improve every aspect of your life. Either it is health, attractiveness or confidence with being fitter than you are now. So, no more excuses Attractive Bald Man in making, time to get very physically fit!

I’ve been writing fitness forever now. But what amazes me, is the mainstream fitness literature still focusing on cardiovascular exercise as the most important part of getting fit. And the odds are, that you believe to this fact too.
Now, I want you to stop believing this nonsense! This is simply not truth. I used to work in the health clubs before and I still go to some to train other people. The one thing that unfit people who have been going to gyms religiously have in common is, that they do a lot of cardiovascular exercise and they don’t touch the dumbbell or a strength training equipment.
These people have been spinning the wheals of treadmills and ellipticals forever now and they don’t have anything to show for it. Soon to be very attractive fit bald man who gets the date with anyone he wants, don’t make the same mistake!
I give the highest credit to my athletic, muscular (not big), lean body to intensive strength training. Here is a simple, effective strength training plan for Attractive Bald Man to a great start in attractive fit body that attracts the most attractive.
Week 1: Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays
3-5 times maximum – pull ups
3-5 times maximum – push up
3-5 – 31 repetitions – squat jumps
3-5 times – 15 repetitions – shoulder presses
3-5 times – floor crunches
Week 2: Mondays, Thursdays – same thing as above. The reason for having this intensive strength training workout only 2 times per week at least every second week is for extra recovery. Yes, recovery. Is important for fit attractive athletic attractive bald mans body.
And that’s it for strength training. Seems too simple to you my soon to be very fit attractive bald friend? Because it is. What is not that easy and simple is to follow this plan religiously. But if you’ll manage to do that, you’ll belong to 1% of the fittest men group out there in the world. And that, my soon to be very fit attractive bald friend with a hot date is a huge attractiveness advantage.
When I fist asked my now wife, than just a hot blond girl I had crush on, to go out with me, no not to the bar, but to play tennis, she later told me she was incredibly attracted to my fit athletic body.
Now, yes my than soon to become my girlfriend is not somebody who would tell you, that she is attracted to a muscular athletic (not huge or big) body. She is all academia girl with several college degrees, corporate girl, very smart, intelligent and so on. I am sure you get the picture. And I would thing, and she did too, that physical fitness is not that important to her. Well it is, and my physical fitness was the first attractive factor I thank for that I am married to my wife now. And I am thankful forever for that. The message is clear Attractive fit man in making – get very fit, stay very fit! And see what happens. My guess is, you’ll really like it.
Now, bald mans attractive body overall fitness plan shouldn’t end with only doing strength training. Any other day you are not doing your scheduled strength training, you should do some kind of fun cardiovascular activity that makes you happy, staying preferably outside and where you learn some fun new skill.
