For you beginners bald attractive man, I have this simple effective introductory strength training plan. It has only two exercises in it, but they are effective and they will start you on your road to perfect fitness.

Like I mentioned in the video, you should do this simple 2 exercise strength training plan 2 nonconsecutive days per week:
Mondays and Thursdays or
Tuesdays and Fridays or
Wednesdays and Saturdays or
Thursdays and Saturdays.
Pick your days and stay consistent. You don’t have to do any other exercise for 5 weeks. Just do this plan:
Biceps curl shoulder press – 3-5sets of 15-20 repetitions
Squat bend rows – 3-5sets of 20 repetitions
Now, I would like you to really do 5 sets, not only 3. Start first 2 weeks with 3 sets and than quickly move on to 5 sets.
