Usain Bolt like fitness and how you can have it too!

Do you want to be fit and very attractively looking fit? And do you want to perform like a Superman in your daily tasks? Do you want to have superhuman abilities? Off course you do! You want all of that! Me too! But I already have it!!! Careful!! Milan is bragging again!

The most attractive and functional like fitness look and level is the fitness of competitive sprinter. No, I don’t want you to become a competitive sprinter. I only want you to train like him.

Forget marathon runners kind of fitness or bodybuilders like fitness. Not only they are impractical, they are also not that attractive. Marathon runners are too skinny and they don’t have much of body strength. And bodybuilders are too big and they are slow and clumsy. That is not what you want to shoot for for maximum overall fitness level and attractiveness.

A note:

I don’t disvalue marathon runners and body builders and their fitness. If that’s what you love doing, keep doing it. That is perfectly ok. You are staying fit. And that’s huge! 99% of people around you don’t do anything for their fitness.

But if you want to achieve true mans attractive fitness level with less effort than marathon runner or bodybuilder puts in and more fun in my opinion, than keep on reading.

Bolt – sprinter like fitness

This is the kind of fitness I want you to consider my fellow young going bald man. This is the kind of fitness that brings it all – health, strength, speed, optimal endurance and very attractive look. And I think that’s exactly what you’re looking for!

Why do I call it Bolt fitness? It is because the fastest man in the world and proud owner of sprinters like, Superman like body Usain Bolt has body like that. If you have never seen him, go check him out. You don’t even have to search for Usain, just do men sprinters search and look at the images.

Pretty much every sprinter has the same kind of body. They are not too big and not too muscular. And they are not too skinny and mosquito looking like. Their body is packed with functional, strong muscle mass. They are lean and they have Superman like abilities – great speed, fantastic looks, high strength, endurance in speed and superior endurance in strength.

So that is the kind of body I want you to start working on my fellow young balding or not so balding man. Sprinters like body fitness is simply the best for young man!

Ok Milan, I’m sold to Bolt fitness. Tell me how do you achieve a body like that? Great question! Let’s dive in.

Consistent intensive strength training

Strength training is at the base of sprinters Bolt fit body. But it is not the only thing you do like a bodybuilder. No, no no. We don’t want that!

What we want is agile, muscular, lean, strong, functional chitah like body. So what kind of strength training you should do to achieve body like that? The answer to that question is: Sprinters like strength training. And a little bit of Milan’s twist in it. Or a lot!

I’ll share my weekly strength training program.

Here it is:

Monday: 5X15 pull ups, 5X11 repetitions pastoralists fly machine – that’s it!

Tuesday: day off

Wednesday: 3X15 repetitions – heavy leg press machine, 3X15 repetitions – hamstring curl machine. 5X37 squat jumps. That’s it! Wednesday is legs day.

Thursday: 5X15 repetitions dumbbell shoulder presses, 3X5 repetitions heavy lat pull down machine, 3X15 repetitions chest press machine and more pull ups 5 sets max. repetitions.

Friday: Day off from strength training.

Saturday: legs day and more. I do exactly same stuff I do on Wednesday’s but no squat jumps. 3X31 repetitions bar dips, 3X15 repetitions dumbbell biceps curl, 3X15 repetitions pull ups.

Sunday: 111 repetitions various kinds of abdominal crunches, 5X11 pull ups.

That is my strength training weekly routine. It might seem like a lot, but it is very doable. Non of my training sessions last longer than 40 minutes. I warm up very well and hit it fast and hard. I usually get it done early in the morning.

If you haven’t been doing any strength training exercises my fellow young going bald man, that’s ok. You want to start slowly. But start today. I would start with some regularly done pull ups, push ups, squat jumps and floor crunches.

Over time you’ll get better and stronger and you will want to ad some more exercises. You’ll polish your routine over time. There is no rush. With just those 4 exercises I gave you to start with, if done on regular bases, you’ll be ahead of 99% of people who are trying to get fit.

The most important thing to remember is consistency. You do your workouts day in and day out no matter what.

Interval training

Please don’t worry! I’m not going to load more workout on you. Yes I’m a huge fan of physical fitness, but I know when enough is enough. And there really is enough when it comes to your physical fitness preparation and maintenance. Unless you’re a competitive athlete off course!

So what kind of interval training do I mean? Mine kind off course!

Here it is:

I do my interval training by playing only. How’s that possible? And you should do the same my fellow young going bald man. I’ll explain.

Each sport and active game has intervals and sprints built into itself. You must do them in order to succeed at that sport. And the best part of it is, that you don’t even know when you do these intervals. You’re having fun and you loose track of time. You’re in the zone! And you’re getting your interval training done and you don’t even realize it. That’s the kind of workout I like. Fun workout!

So what sports apply here? I’ll give you my example:

I play soccer once per week. In soccer and other related team sports to it like basketball, hockey, lacrosse, beach volleyball and many others, intervals are built into the game. After playing 1 hour game of soccer I am done with huge amount of intervals of all kinds of durations. So are you my fellow young going bald man if you play basketball or hockey or any other game.

I also try to go surfing every Saturday. When I take a wave and it’s time to paddle back, it’s interval time. It’s physically very demanding to make it through point brake on a good size wave day. But you don’t have to be a surfer to achieve this. Bicycling has the same effect. When you go uphill it’s interval time. Same with cross country running or swimming. When shark is chasing you, it’s interval time! Ha ha!

I also play tennis. In an average tennis game you do a lot of sprints and intervals. Same way you do playing ping pong, badminton, squash, racket ball or you do fencing. Same speed training activities. All very effective.

The great thing about interval training while playing game or doing certain activity is that you’re not only doing your perfect Bolt body promoting activity and having fun. You’re are also learning a skill. You’re exercising your brain. You’re getting smarter. You’re learning a skill. You’re acquiring Superman like abilities! And yes you’re becoming a Superman!

Of course you can do interval training in the gym or race track too. And it’s ok if you chose to do them this way. Let me give you an example of structured interval training:

2 times pre week, nonconsecutive days, preferably 2 to 3 days of rest between them.

Monday – 10X 1 minute max. intensity over 1 minute easy

Thursday – swimming pool interval training – 3X100m free style max. Intensity, 3X100 breast stroke max. Intensity. Brake 50m easy swim between each interval.

That is a simple effective interval training fitted into the week. Now you can keep doing this one for some time, but don’t get stuck with it for too long. You should exchange it. Be creative. You can’t go wrong here. You can do different distances, different exercises and different rest brakes.

Running track is perfectly fine. I repeat. There are never ending variations of interval training. Don’t be afraid, mix and match it!!! Make it fun, effective and interesting! Start today!

Speed training

The same applies to speed training. It’s playing games, doing sports and doing sprints while you play. How fun! How effective!!!

Short and little longer sprint intervals that last 3-15 seconds in maximum intensity one to two times per week. That’s how speed is developed. And speedy looking lean muscular body with it too.

Playing, doing fun sports

As you already noticed my fellow young going bald man, I’m huge proponent of having fun, playing cool sports, learning skill while playing and getting your workout done at the same time. Bum! Bum! Bum! And bum! Getting all 3 done at the same time!!!

I am a huge fan of efficiency. I’m sure you can tell by now. And getting your own Bolt kind of fitness level while having fun and learning is the Milan’s way. You might love it or hate it. But I’m for sure not changing anything about mine fitness preparation. Are you kidding? Changing anything? I’m having fun! I have a body of Bolt! I feel amazing! I look amazing. Oops already bragging again. It’s true!!! And I don’t even consider my workout a workout. It’s fun for me. Days are going by and my workout is getting done. I’m consistent and that is hard to accomplish. Especially if you have full time job, career, young kids, being a soccer mom literally, writing, and million things to juggle in my day. But my fitness doesn’t suffer at all. And that’s how it should be. Your health and energy is the most important in the world. Never mind that great looks come with it. So my fellow young or not so young going bald or not going bald man, adopt the same mindset and approach about your own fitness level.

The best fitness level for man is Bolt fitness level

By now I hope you’re convinced my fellow fantastic fitness level seeker. Body of a sprinter is the most attractive, functional body for man. You can certainly argue with me if you run marathons. And I’ll take it. Or maybe I’ll meet you on racing track. But it’s not going to be 42.5 km. It will be 100m track. And I’ll win!

Workout is best therapy for young going bald man

I can’t stress this enough. Your daily physical training, your workout is the single most important thing you do in your day young attractive bald man. Why?

It’s like a most perfect therapy for your brain. So not only your body becomes strong, attractive, healthy, your mind benefits too. And benefits a lot.

There is this feeling of owning the world that comes after my workout. And it comes after your workout. It’s the strong mental state you can’t afford to leave behind. The winners know it. They feel like it daily.

Young attractive bald man work out or do something physical activity daily. It translates into every aspect of your life positively. It certainly is behind every single success I had in life so far.

It pushes you to accomplish your goals and dreams and do it with ease and enjoyment. Now that’s what I call good attractive life!

My simple workout and it should be yours too:

3 times maximum repetitions of pull ups.

111 push ups done the fastest you can do.

111 squat jumps done the fastest you can do.

111 floor crunches done the fastest you can do.

Simple, beautiful, effective! Enough said.

Stay fit, brake apart young bald man

 I was told by one of the young going bald man and Bald Attraction reader a little while ago this:
 
 “It’s not fair, us bald guys have to stay fit and work much harder on ourselves than guys with hair”!
 
 Now first of all it is not true! If you’re fat and lazy slob, beautiful hair is not going to save you!
 
 You’re a just a fat, lazy slob, no matter o your hair situation.
 
 Now let’s take a man with beautiful hair, fantastic fitness level and work ethic that is the same as yours – fit attractive bald man.
 
 Who’s better here? Who’s more attractive?
 
 There are more variables here at play off course. Like who is more comfortable with who he is? Who more confident?
 
 But off course it’s you – Bald Attractive Man! Because you are taking my advice seriously!
 
 What I just described above about any man being physically fit and with incredible work ethic is rare.
 
 Very rare!
 
 Very, very rare!
 
 The simple truth is that the bar is set very low.
 
 Guys are not interested in being fit, having style, having manners, being comfortable and confident who they are.
 
 Why is that? It takes work! It takes constant effort. And unfortunately wast majority of young men don’t find that an attractive proposition.
 
 What a shame! What a waist! I’ll go as far as to say: What a wasted life!
 
 Please, please, please don’t be like that my fellow young bald man!
 
 It’s Sunday 9 AM right now. I already did my workout. I’m at work I love. I’m dressed in style. I feel amazing! I already got a lot of work done. Few hot women already checked my ass out. Not bragging! Just a fact. And pretty much, that’s my day everyday like that. And I love, love, love, LOVE it!
 
 I won’t lye, it’s a hard work. And I sweat a lot. And sometimes I wish I could stay in bed. But the end result – my confidence, my fitness, health and well being beats it all!
 
 If you as a bald man can become and stay very physically fit and mentally too. And you work on other aspects of your life and well being, you’ll hardly have any competition at all.
 
 I go occasionally out with my beautiful wife. Not as much anymore because of our kids.
 
 And about only once per year I see a man, fit and dressed well, with nice hair, with great manners, smiling and confidently relaxed. And at that situation I really feel I have competition. It happens very rarely though.
 
 Off course my wife is not googling the man, even though I know he’s an eye candy to look at. This happens only about once per year. The rest of the time, the men I see around me just look awfully out of shape, out if style, with no smile and confidence radiating into environment.
 
 The wast majority of men are simply invisible.
 
 Without sounding like I’m bragging, I wander how many men with their girlfriends and wife’s feel awful when they see a man like you or me, that has a great fit body and everything else with it.
 
 It’s sad, but it happens daily. And I feel sorry for these guys. Often the reason for them to be below average young unfit guys who no one looks at, is a lack of awareness. Often they don’t know it’s in their power to change. And the change can be dramatic if some effort is applied.
 
 Now I’ll ask you a very simple, rude, straight forward into your eyes question my fellow young bald man that sums up this article:
 
 Do you want to have a hot quality girlfriend, or wife, women looking at you, get laid?
 
 Get of your ass and start working on yourself daily and consistently!
 
 That’s it! It’s that simple! You can pretty much have it all than!
 
 Now to finish this article, I want to remind you that, to achieve that doesn’t take too much of that effort. The bar is set low. Very low!
 
 But you don’t care about that! You’ll rise to the top. You’ll be for the most part the fittest, best dressed, with highest confidence and great mood man in the room. Always! Always! Always! A man who’s bald and very attractive! A man who has it all! Now you know the secret. Get to work and don’t stop! Enough said.

However shallow it might seen to you my fellow young going bald or already bald man, physical strength matters a lot in our attractive life’s.

We are still and will be forever a primal physical beings. And a majority of men are forgetting this fact. And a lot of young ones like you too.

If you’re a young man who’s neglecting his physical fitness, you’re a criminal, causing crime to yourself.

Men think that in our modern technology ridden life’s, physical fitness is long time gone tool necessary for a man.

This is where Milan, my humble me steps in. This part is in fact my expertise.

Physical fitness and improvement of every aspect of your life with it. And my fellow young going bald man, it works like magic every single time!

You get fitter and your life improves. It’s as simple as that.

It is not an accident that increasing your physical strength and fitness is in fact the step number one after short hair cut decision in Becoming Bald Superman program.

Everything else builds on it!

Everything!

Every single important thing in life, like the quote above says builds on it!

Don’t try to skip this step my fellow young man who’s losing his hair too soon.

I lead a bootcamp in a local park. I love it! It’s my job!

But I’ll tell you the secret.

Bootcamps don’t really work. Actually they do, but only for the few that are incredibly ambitious and driven. And that’s not me. And it’s most likely not you too.

I’m a quitter. And you’re most likely too my fellow young going bald or already bald man.

But anywhere I go where it requires to take a shirt off, I’m by far the fittest guy out there!

And I’ll challenge Superman himself to come and show his body to compare.

He has no chance!

And I don’t do boot camps!

I lead them. That means, instead of exercising I’m the one just standing and yelling.

I don’t go to gyms regularly.

Once in a while I do.

Going to the gym regularly doesn’t work!

It really doesn’t!

You’ll quit!

Yes, have a gym membership where you go once in a while. But don’t rely on it. It won’t help much.

So where is the secret to a best shape for life for you my fellow young going bald man becoming Superman?

It’s what I call Renegade Fitness.

That means: Life and fitness connection.

Always! In default.

No scheduled workouts, no gym appointments.

Your gym is everywhere!

You interconnect your life with fitness and when evening comes, your core workout is done. No need to pack a bag and go to gym.

Yes you still can go to gym if you want to, but the main work is done. So even if you don’t feel like it, you’re fine. You’re done with your most important duty – your well being. Your strength training.

The reason Renegade Fitness really works is it’s default built in consistency.

And consistency together with intensity is everything for Superman like body and fitness levell.

4 basic core exercises and the repetitions of Renegade Fitness for Bald Superman.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:

Pull ups – 5X maximum repetitions.

Push ups – 111 repetitions in shortest period of time.

Squat jumps – 111 repetitions in shortest period of time.

Floor crunches – 111 repetitions in shortest period of time.

Why 111 repetitions? I tested all kind of variations of repetitions and came to the conclusion that 111 is not only nice number, it’s also an optimal amount if reps to maintain and further develop your lean muscular athletic body.

Now feel free to experiment here my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Especially if you are already experienced in strength training.

No problem with experimenting. I actually encourage you to do that.

The main key to remember:

Stay consistent!

And this simple routine will help you to accomplish that.

3 additional exercises done ones per week.

Bar dips – 3X maximum repetitions

Dumbell shoulder press – 3X15 repetitions with an optimal load.

What is optimal load? It’s a weight you can barely finish 15 reps with, but you still do with proper safe form.

Biceps curl – 3X15 repetitions with an optimal load.

I prefer to do these additional strength training exercises on fridays. The reason for it is the longer recovery time it gives my body over the weekend. Do the same if you can.

Bald Superman – Renegade Fitness weekly schedule:

As I mentioned above: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays do your strength training routine.

Keep it simple to remember!

Do additional strength training exercises on Fridays.

Stay consistent!

Stay consistent!

Fun intensive skillful cardio.

Don’t tell me, that you want to spent that precious 45 minute time you have for little exercise on a treadmill somewhere in the stinky dark closed gym!

No! No! No!

I have a better idea for you.

And way more effective too!

Games and sports build Supermans Body and Mind.

Games and sports have in nature the most important factor in your exercise build in – Interval training.

Yes, you do interval training playing sports and you don’t even know it.

Why?

You’re having fun!

And you’re learning a skill!

And having fantastic workout at the same time!

I still don’t get why people spend so much time in gyms. Why is elliptical trainer so popular? It makes me really wander if we humans are just becoming hamsters in never ending spinning wheel who lack imagination.

Examples of perfect fun intensive activities/sports for Superman like fantastic fitness:

Volleyball, beach volleyball

Tennis

Soccer

Mountain biking

Road biking

Surfing

Windsurfing

Soccer playing

Basketball playing

And many others. Pick what you’re inclined to like and stick with it.

Build the skill!

Have fun!

Get fit!

Those 3 simple sentences sum up what your cardiovascular exercise should look like.

Bald Superman is a fit man who understands crucial importance of physical fitness and it’s connection to Superman Abilities. Yes that’s YOU now my fellow young going bald or already bald man on mission. You are becoming Bald Superman. And nothing less than that!

3 main reasons:

First, the most obvious is health and well being connected to doing sports. And I don’t think I have to write too much about that. Everyone gets it.

For young going bald or already bald man physical and mental fitness and well being is crucial. Everybody gets it. Enough about that.

Second, sports enable you to handle fear and failure better in life. Sports are filled with experiences of fear and failure. You’re constantly exposed to these factors which means you’re learning how to handle them better.

Life is filled with fear and failure. It’s a big part of life. And who ever handles this part better is automatically ahead.

Young going bald man as well as every man is going to experience fear and failure in life daily.

The more prepared he is the better. And doing sports prepare everyone to handle these facts of life with success and winning attitude.

Next time I’ll win!

It’s scary and I’m failing. Not a big deal!

I’ll work harder! And I’ll not make that mistake anymore!

That kind of thinking gets developed in young bald mans brain.

Third is determined by a clear objective of success in sports. Rules are clear and whoever works better and harder usually wins. What a great lesson for life!

Whoever works the hardest usually wins!

Yes, there are exceptions like in everything else in life. But generally this rule applies 99% of the time in sports. And I’ll argue strongly that the same applies in life too!

Young bald man work harder on yourself!

Have strong work ethic and winning is certain in life!

These are 3 great reasons why every young going bald or already bald man – YOU have to engage in sports.

What kind of sports are the best to engage in for young going bald or already bald man to reap all these fantastic benefits?

There is not a specific group of sports that are the best. Every single sport has these benefits built in.

What is important is your overall interest my fellow young going bald man.

What sports are you interested in?

Don’t tell me you’re not interested in any!

Because as the name of this article says they are mandatory for young going bald or already bald man.

Which simply means that you have to do sports! There is no any other way around it.

Here are my sports I engage regularly:

I used to be a competitive rower, but I don’t row anymore.

Now I:

Surf, play ping pong, play soccer and tennis and I like mountain biking.

That’s it.

That’s all I do.

Here and there and always when I have an opportunity to do and try other different sports I use it.

How about you my fellow young going bald or already bald man, what are your sports you do? Write them down. And if you don’t have any, chose few right now and start doing them regularly!

Sports are mandatory for every young going bald or already bald man. Benefits of Heath, well being, experience of fear and failure as well as clear objective goal of sports are huge for young bald man. That’s why they are mandatory!!! Enough said.

Bald attractive man has to be physically fit! Period!
 
 If you want to argue with me on this you won’t go very far. Keep arguing. But you’re doing yourself disfawor.
 
 In order to be attractive, you have to be very physically fit. And I believe you do want to be an attractive bald man.
 
 The great news is that, it’s not that hard to become very physically fit.
 
 And plus majority of you young bald man out there are yes – Young! So no excuses!
 
 It’s your duty to be and stay physically fit when you’re young!
 
 It’s your duty to have beautiful athletic muscular body!
 
 I will tell you one secret to my past personal dating life and overall success in my life so far.
 
 This is not bragging! It’s an advice for you young going bald or already bald man.
 
 I hope my son and daughter will read it some day too. I wish you do Andre and Eva!
 
 It’s priceless advice.
 
 I was always quite average at everything.
 
 I wasn’t and I’m still not very good looking, rich or very smart or very good at anything.
 
 But I always dated the most attractive, intelligent amazing women in my life.
 
 And so far I manage to become very personally satisfied with my life too and the way it’s going.
 
 Again this is not bragging! It’s an advice!
 
 Listen!
 
 Why these women were drawn to me?
 
 Why am I happy with my overall life? Why I rock at it?
 
 Physical fitness!
 
 Muscular athletic body!
 
 Six pack abs!
 
 Does it sound shallow?
 
 Yes it does!
 
 Now don’t get me wrong here. If you are stupid, dumb ass who behaves like an idiot, the fit athletic muscular body will not save you.
 
 You’ll not be attractive!
 
 Basic requirements of being a nice guy, gentleman with style is very important.
 
 Remember that my fellow bald man! Don’t be dumb ass! Work on your overall behavior too.
 
 Just be a nice guy!
 
 But be a very physically fit, athletically, muscular nice guy!
 
 And keep it that way forever!
 
 Do not ever let your physical fitness and athleticity go away!
 
 You would be surprised how many other important aspects of your life improve and stay fit with it too!
 
 Your health, your mind, your boldness, your confidence, your taste for life, your positive attitude and overall success in life will be very fit too if you stay very physically fit.

Bald attractive man is build by attractive mind and attractive body

If you think you are bald and ugly and there is nothing you can do about it, think again!

You’re wrong! Wrong! Wrong!

And on top of it, you’re probably small thinker, pessimist who sees the glass half empty instead of half full and lazy ass!

I am sorry for my straightforwardness. But it quite truth.

Let’s change that! It will do you a lot of good in your life!

You must change that mindset now my fellow young going bald or already bald man!

Attractive bald mans mind

First it’s the mind that is responsible where you are now!

It’s my mind that is responsible where I am now!

The way you think matters a lot. It’s the single most important factor in your and my life – mindset!

There are only 2 mindsets. Mindset of a winner and mindset of a loser.

No, there is no such a think as an average persons mindset that is just right.

Average persons mindset is a losers mindset in my world!

Where are you now? Can you tell your mindset is a mindset of a winner? If yes, fantastic!

You’re most likely already rocking and living attractive successful life!

Don’t change a thing!

But most of us, me included several years ago have at best an average mindset, living so so average life’s.

And you already know what that means – loser!

Let’s change that!

You’re here in this world to succeed wildly and live attractive life of a rockstar man.

We are not here to be average!

We are not here to live average kind of successful life’s.

We are here to live special attractive wildly successful life!

Positive winning attitude

Force yourself my fellow young bald or going bald man to have a positive atitude.

Positive attitude will make huge difference on your overall mindset and with that your whole life!

Develop it! Nurture it! Guard it and protect it with your life!

Don’t let anybody chip on it!

You stay positive, no matter what!

And you already know how to do that my fellow going bald man. Go make it happen!

Be a positive thinker! Always!

Confidence

You need confidence. A lot of it!

And you need to work on it. Hard!

Go through my high confidence for attractive bald man series and follow the action steps. And apply what you learned.

Growth mindset

Growth mindset simply means learning through the mistakes you make.

And you are going to make a lot of mistakes my fellow young man who’s loosing hair.

The key, the mindset setup you need for that is to not get down on yourself for making those mistakes.

You celebrate them!

You look for them!

So many young men make few mistakes in the beginning and than they stop trying.

They settle for average.

And you already know what I consider to be an average.

Mistakes, even the absolutely embarrassing ones are just a stepping stones to your ultimate success in life.

If you won’t make mistakes you won’t succeed! Period.

Now develop, cultivate, guard and protect this growth mindset with your life my fellow bald man.

Yes, your life depends on it!

Attractive bald mans body

Physical fitness is very important in overall attractiveness of a bald man.

It is very important!

I don’t care how shallow it might sound, physical fitness matters a lot!

So what kind of physical fitness do you need my fellow young bald man?

I don’t want you to be huge muscular guy and I don’t want you to be looking skinny like a marathon runner champion either.

Athletic muscular body

Athletic muscular body is the name of the game here.

Let’s get little more specific here.

Look at the 100 to 200 meter competitive track sprinters. That’s what I’m talking about.

Look at Usain Bolt or former champion Michael Johnson. That’s the body I want you to have my fellow young going bald man.

You might be thinking now that these guys have a great genes and what not. But that would be only a very small part truth.

These guys lift weights and they sprint a lot.

And that’s exactly what creates bodies like these.

I do the same. I sprint a lot. And I lift weights regularly.

And I don’t want to sound like I am bragging, but I do have body like these two guys. And I believe my genetics are also terrible. I have a lot of very fat unhealthy family members.

Forget the genetics my fellow young going bald or already bald man.

And get to work!

Sprint and lift weights regularly!

Active life style promotes attractive mind

If you stay active and you do your strength training and sprinting regularly, you’ll automatically develop attractive mind.

It’s a fact!

The fitter you body is, the fitter your mind becomes too.

Keep that in mind forever! Period!

Mental toughness for attractive bald man

 Mental toughness beats every adversity in this world! Way too young baldness included!
 
 Mental toughness is behind all great achievement in this world too.
 
 It also makes a young bald man very attractive. And it’s likely that he will succeed wildly in his life if he possesses this skill.
 
 And mental toughness can be acquired by anyone.
 
 Everyone of you, yes YOU too have to become mentally very tough.
 
 It’s required my fellow bald man! Period!
 
 Surprisingly the mentally toughest people I have ever met in my life were women.
 
 I don’t mean to downgrade us guys here, but it is quite true. Women are mentally tougher than we are.
 
 That’s a fact!
 
 But we can also change that and become mentally tougher ourselves.
 
 And if you do, it will serve you very well.
 
 How to achieve mental toughness:
 
 Never complain – go on complaining diet for 30 days and than stick to it forever.
 
 I repeat: Never complain about anything!
 
 Get and stay very physically fit – strength train and interval train regularly.
 
 Adopt growth mindset – learn from your failures.
 
 Fail often!
 
 If you are failing often, that means you’re trying hard enough stuff.
 
 If you’re not failing much, do more challenging stuff.
 
 Get up at 5 AM in the morning and be productive before everyone else wakes up.
 
 Expose yourself to cold often – cold showers and purposefully underdress.
 
 Stay organized.
 
 Stay relaxed in chaos and mess. Don’t get paralyzed by mess. Mess and chaos is here to stay. The trick is to thrive in it.
 
 Spend at least 11 hours per day on your feet. Or, don’t spend much time sitting on your ass!
 
 Follow your goals and actions aggressively to completion – you are getting up at 5 AM, it shouldn’t be a problem for you.
 
 Don’t eat for a whole day occasionally – endure hunger.
 
 Don’t watch and read news.
 
 Don’t watch tv at all.
 
 Don’t eat any processed foods.
 
 Lie down on concrete floor outside regularly for few seconds. It’s not that bad! I do it all the time.
 
 Eat simply – eggs, fresh meats, vegetables and fruit mainly.
 
 Stay positive, read your mantras every day.
 
 Serve and help others, don’t be selfish.
 
 Do all that and you’ll achieve incredible mental toughness.
 
 With that, great confidence comes.
 
 With that success comes.
 
 And all of that will make you to be an Attractive Bald Man that everybody wants to be around.
 
 Go make it happen my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Achieve hight mental toughness! Starting today!

Attractive bald mans body – 111 pull up challenge

 When I was in my early twenties, I was traveling a lot, I was done with competitive sport I did for some time and I was in college. And I was basically a homeless bald man living on the sofa of my brothers girlfriend apartment. Not a pretty picture for young man who was going bald.
 
 But I had one thing really going for me. I was very physically fit. I had athletic body. I had lean six pack abs and my athleticity was visible.
 
 And without wanting to brag about myself, the girls were attracted to me. And beside a confidence I acquired, huge part if it was my physical fitness level. I was very fit.
 
 And I believe every young going bald or already bald man should be too. It’s not only very attractive, it’s also great for young bald mans mind fitness and overall confidence building.
 
 Simple way to get into fantastic attractive shape for young bald man.
 
 At this time of my life being a mess, I didn’t attend any gym or had any particular schedule for working out. I just decided to do pull ups whenever I could and wherever I could – on home pull up bar, on tree branch, on children’s playground.
 
 I somehow decided on number 111 pull ups 3 times per week – Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays. And I still do this simple routine today. I would do them in sets of 11, 13 or 15 working my way up to 111. Than I was done.
 
 Your simplest workout plan for fantastic fitness my fellow young going bald man
 
 Young going bald or already bald man, don’t think to much where to start your perfect body plan. Start with this simple routine and challenge. Do what I did. 3X per week 111 pull ups.
 
 If you can’t do it, that’s ok. Make it your fitness goal to be able to do it within a year. You show up at your pull up station and give it your best. You can spread it to 2 or 3 sessions per day. That’s ok. And do 111 or as many as your body lets you.
 
 If you can do only 10 or 15 that’s ok. With consistency, you’ll improve fast! Just stick with it my fellow young going bald or already bald man. And once you’re able to do 111 per day, 3 times per week, your fitness level will be fantastic.
 
 What’s next?
 
 After you master this simple but by no means easy pull up routine, you can add other exercises like push ups and squat jumps. And maybe adding some dumbbells and barbells.
 
 Perfect body workout for bald man can be very simple. I believe pull ups are the single best exercise in the world for attractive, successful, strong, fit bald man. They are most practical. They can be done anywhere, anytime, no fuss driving to the gym. And if you are a young very busy man like I was in my early twenties, they are all you need to great physical fitness. Keep it simple, stay consistent, challenge yourself, set a goal of 111 pull ups 3 times per week and get to work my fellow young going bald or already bald man.

Dying young is overrated, be healthy attractive bald rockstar

Yes, you can be bald rockstar without dying at 27 like some very well known rockstars did. Stars like Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Janice Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix or Marilyn Monroe lived very short lives. Yes they were true rockstars but the price they paid for it was too high.

Be a rockstar who lives long healthy life my fellow young going bald or already bald man! Concentrate on health and abundant energy in life! That’s what true rockstars do! That’s what bald attractive man rockstar – YOU does!

We all know some “cool” friends who smoke, drink, use substances. And they seem cool to us, sort of carelessly enjoying life’s forbidden stuff. And enjoying them in the process! Beware! It always, always catches up with them eventually! Always! The devil will always takes it dues! Always!

What seems to be cool now will not that long from now become a missery! Don’t ever let that Happen to you my young bald man on mission to be a true rockstar. Ever! Promise me that!

Healthy also means being attractive. And most young men care about that way more than they care about their health. Great! No problem! As long as it motivates you to stay healthy.

Dying young is overrated – live healthy long life young going bald man or already bald man!

First things first!

No smoking, heavy drinking and drug using! These will destroy not only your health and energy, but attractiveness too. I know you care the most about that at this young age my fellow young bald man. Stay attractive, stay away from drugs, cigarettes and alcohol!

Healthy diet for bald rockstar

Eat healthy wholesome diet free of processed foods. Diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit. Don’t add sugar to anything you eat or drink. Drink only boring stuff like water, freshly brewed unsweetened teas, unsweetened coffee and mineral waters. Everything sugar free!!!

That pretty much sums it up. This kind of diet will keep you healthy, pimple free, good looking, lean and with lots of energy.

Don’t underestimate the importance of what you eat my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Take it very, very, very seriously! And stay attractive and perform like a rockstar forever!

Exercise for bald rockstar

By now you most likely know my exercise routine I recommend to my fellow young going bald men. It’s the combination of intensive strength training, interval training and fun outdoors physical activities enjoyment.

I believe that, it is the best way to stay healthy, super fit, superman with abundant energy and super good looking too! Everything benefits by you bald man taking the effort to stay in perfect physical shape. Get on it! No excuses!

Sleep for bald rockstar

When you’re very young and pulling the all nighter doesn’t seem like a big deal, you’re dealing with youth my fellow young going bald or already bald man. And youth is flying. And it’s flying away fast.

I still remember feeling like I do not need to sleep at all not that long ago. Well, that was youth. I’m 38 now and I can assure you, that I don’t feel the same way anymore.

If I pull 1 all nighter, I’ll pay for it dearly. Not only with the energy levell, but health wise too. Anyway I don’t have to go too much into the details here about not getting enough sleep. You already know the consequences young bald man on mission.

Get good sleep habits under your belt now while you’re still young my fellow young going bald man. And you’ll be atractive, strong, healthy, with lots of energy bald rock star!

Meditation for bald rockstar

This is a one subject in overall health and well being of a bald rockstars, that I don’t have much experience in. But considering how beneficial it is to meditate for good healthy life, I am planing to dive in soon into meditation and it’s techniques.
