Usain Bolt like fitness and how you can have it too!

Do you want to be fit and very attractively looking fit? And do you want to perform like a Superman in your daily tasks? Do you want to have superhuman abilities? Off course you do! You want all of that! Me too! But I already have it!!! Careful!! Milan is bragging again!

The most attractive and functional like fitness look and level is the fitness of competitive sprinter. No, I don’t want you to become a competitive sprinter. I only want you to train like him.

Forget marathon runners kind of fitness or bodybuilders like fitness. Not only they are impractical, they are also not that attractive. Marathon runners are too skinny and they don’t have much of body strength. And bodybuilders are too big and they are slow and clumsy. That is not what you want to shoot for for maximum overall fitness level and attractiveness.

A note:

I don’t disvalue marathon runners and body builders and their fitness. If that’s what you love doing, keep doing it. That is perfectly ok. You are staying fit. And that’s huge! 99% of people around you don’t do anything for their fitness.

But if you want to achieve true mans attractive fitness level with less effort than marathon runner or bodybuilder puts in and more fun in my opinion, than keep on reading.

Bolt – sprinter like fitness

This is the kind of fitness I want you to consider my fellow young going bald man. This is the kind of fitness that brings it all – health, strength, speed, optimal endurance and very attractive look. And I think that’s exactly what you’re looking for!

Why do I call it Bolt fitness? It is because the fastest man in the world and proud owner of sprinters like, Superman like body Usain Bolt has body like that. If you have never seen him, go check him out. You don’t even have to search for Usain, just do men sprinters search and look at the images.

Pretty much every sprinter has the same kind of body. They are not too big and not too muscular. And they are not too skinny and mosquito looking like. Their body is packed with functional, strong muscle mass. They are lean and they have Superman like abilities – great speed, fantastic looks, high strength, endurance in speed and superior endurance in strength.

So that is the kind of body I want you to start working on my fellow young balding or not so balding man. Sprinters like body fitness is simply the best for young man!

Ok Milan, I’m sold to Bolt fitness. Tell me how do you achieve a body like that? Great question! Let’s dive in.

Consistent intensive strength training

Strength training is at the base of sprinters Bolt fit body. But it is not the only thing you do like a bodybuilder. No, no no. We don’t want that!

What we want is agile, muscular, lean, strong, functional chitah like body. So what kind of strength training you should do to achieve body like that? The answer to that question is: Sprinters like strength training. And a little bit of Milan’s twist in it. Or a lot!

I’ll share my weekly strength training program.

Here it is:

Monday: 5X15 pull ups, 5X11 repetitions pastoralists fly machine – that’s it!

Tuesday: day off

Wednesday: 3X15 repetitions – heavy leg press machine, 3X15 repetitions – hamstring curl machine. 5X37 squat jumps. That’s it! Wednesday is legs day.

Thursday: 5X15 repetitions dumbbell shoulder presses, 3X5 repetitions heavy lat pull down machine, 3X15 repetitions chest press machine and more pull ups 5 sets max. repetitions.

Friday: Day off from strength training.

Saturday: legs day and more. I do exactly same stuff I do on Wednesday’s but no squat jumps. 3X31 repetitions bar dips, 3X15 repetitions dumbbell biceps curl, 3X15 repetitions pull ups.

Sunday: 111 repetitions various kinds of abdominal crunches, 5X11 pull ups.

That is my strength training weekly routine. It might seem like a lot, but it is very doable. Non of my training sessions last longer than 40 minutes. I warm up very well and hit it fast and hard. I usually get it done early in the morning.

If you haven’t been doing any strength training exercises my fellow young going bald man, that’s ok. You want to start slowly. But start today. I would start with some regularly done pull ups, push ups, squat jumps and floor crunches.

Over time you’ll get better and stronger and you will want to ad some more exercises. You’ll polish your routine over time. There is no rush. With just those 4 exercises I gave you to start with, if done on regular bases, you’ll be ahead of 99% of people who are trying to get fit.

The most important thing to remember is consistency. You do your workouts day in and day out no matter what.

Interval training

Please don’t worry! I’m not going to load more workout on you. Yes I’m a huge fan of physical fitness, but I know when enough is enough. And there really is enough when it comes to your physical fitness preparation and maintenance. Unless you’re a competitive athlete off course!

So what kind of interval training do I mean? Mine kind off course!

Here it is:

I do my interval training by playing only. How’s that possible? And you should do the same my fellow young going bald man. I’ll explain.

Each sport and active game has intervals and sprints built into itself. You must do them in order to succeed at that sport. And the best part of it is, that you don’t even know when you do these intervals. You’re having fun and you loose track of time. You’re in the zone! And you’re getting your interval training done and you don’t even realize it. That’s the kind of workout I like. Fun workout!

So what sports apply here? I’ll give you my example:

I play soccer once per week. In soccer and other related team sports to it like basketball, hockey, lacrosse, beach volleyball and many others, intervals are built into the game. After playing 1 hour game of soccer I am done with huge amount of intervals of all kinds of durations. So are you my fellow young going bald man if you play basketball or hockey or any other game.

I also try to go surfing every Saturday. When I take a wave and it’s time to paddle back, it’s interval time. It’s physically very demanding to make it through point brake on a good size wave day. But you don’t have to be a surfer to achieve this. Bicycling has the same effect. When you go uphill it’s interval time. Same with cross country running or swimming. When shark is chasing you, it’s interval time! Ha ha!

I also play tennis. In an average tennis game you do a lot of sprints and intervals. Same way you do playing ping pong, badminton, squash, racket ball or you do fencing. Same speed training activities. All very effective.

The great thing about interval training while playing game or doing certain activity is that you’re not only doing your perfect Bolt body promoting activity and having fun. You’re are also learning a skill. You’re exercising your brain. You’re getting smarter. You’re learning a skill. You’re acquiring Superman like abilities! And yes you’re becoming a Superman!

Of course you can do interval training in the gym or race track too. And it’s ok if you chose to do them this way. Let me give you an example of structured interval training:

2 times pre week, nonconsecutive days, preferably 2 to 3 days of rest between them.

Monday – 10X 1 minute max. intensity over 1 minute easy

Thursday – swimming pool interval training – 3X100m free style max. Intensity, 3X100 breast stroke max. Intensity. Brake 50m easy swim between each interval.

That is a simple effective interval training fitted into the week. Now you can keep doing this one for some time, but don’t get stuck with it for too long. You should exchange it. Be creative. You can’t go wrong here. You can do different distances, different exercises and different rest brakes.

Running track is perfectly fine. I repeat. There are never ending variations of interval training. Don’t be afraid, mix and match it!!! Make it fun, effective and interesting! Start today!

Speed training

The same applies to speed training. It’s playing games, doing sports and doing sprints while you play. How fun! How effective!!!

Short and little longer sprint intervals that last 3-15 seconds in maximum intensity one to two times per week. That’s how speed is developed. And speedy looking lean muscular body with it too.

Playing, doing fun sports

As you already noticed my fellow young going bald man, I’m huge proponent of having fun, playing cool sports, learning skill while playing and getting your workout done at the same time. Bum! Bum! Bum! And bum! Getting all 3 done at the same time!!!

I am a huge fan of efficiency. I’m sure you can tell by now. And getting your own Bolt kind of fitness level while having fun and learning is the Milan’s way. You might love it or hate it. But I’m for sure not changing anything about mine fitness preparation. Are you kidding? Changing anything? I’m having fun! I have a body of Bolt! I feel amazing! I look amazing. Oops already bragging again. It’s true!!! And I don’t even consider my workout a workout. It’s fun for me. Days are going by and my workout is getting done. I’m consistent and that is hard to accomplish. Especially if you have full time job, career, young kids, being a soccer mom literally, writing, and million things to juggle in my day. But my fitness doesn’t suffer at all. And that’s how it should be. Your health and energy is the most important in the world. Never mind that great looks come with it. So my fellow young or not so young going bald or not going bald man, adopt the same mindset and approach about your own fitness level.

The best fitness level for man is Bolt fitness level

By now I hope you’re convinced my fellow fantastic fitness level seeker. Body of a sprinter is the most attractive, functional body for man. You can certainly argue with me if you run marathons. And I’ll take it. Or maybe I’ll meet you on racing track. But it’s not going to be 42.5 km. It will be 100m track. And I’ll win!

The benefits of life without paying much off an attention what others think are huge!

Let me mention few most important:

Life is too short to give a hoop what others think.

If you give a shit what others think about you, than you’re living someone else’s life. It is as simple as that. What a tragedy though!

With a risk of sounding like a late Steve Jobs, here it goes: Life is short! Don’t waste it living someone else’s life!!!

True! True! True! Thank you Steve!

That brings me to a benefit number 2.

You’ll be happy!

And what is most important in life than that?

By living life on your terms, taking responsibilities and actions based on your callings and not giving shit about what others think about you, you’ll be satisfied with your own life. And that means long term happiness. That is huge!!!

3. You’ll be more successful, financially and generally.

What is success really?

I have a definition of it. No, it’s not having lots of money and toys only. It’s having lots of money and toys if you care about them and doing something you love.

You jump out of the bed and dance to work or dance to work for yourself.

Make a shitload of money if you like, but that won’t make you happy if it’s only about money.

You’ll be free!!! That’s the benefit number 4 of not giving shit what others think about you.

You’ll have freedom from guilt. You already instinctively know what you want to do at this moment and in the future. So brake out and do it! It’s the best thing for you to do. Not what others are telling you to do. Off course do it as long as you are happy doing it.

5. You’ll be more confident and attractive at the same time!

People who are independent thinkers are in short supply. Majority of people are followers. They want to follow. People want to be liked. People look for validation from others. People look for leaders to be led. Guess what? Now you’re the leader, so go lead them! You’re in demand!

What do you seek young going bald man?

Your life depends on what you’re seeking young going bald man. It depends on what you concentrate your mind in.

It’s as simple as this quote:

What you seek is seeking you. – Rumi

Now, think about it my fellow young going bald man. What do you seek? What do you actively seek?

I am not sure what you seek, but I know what I seek. And I can confirm that the same is seeking me.

The important point I took from my seeking things is that I am getting exactly that. I’m getting what I’m seeking.

And if that is true and I believe it is, than it’s very, very, very important what I and You are seeking.

I’m seeking intensively and actively great fitness, health and energy. I’m getting exactly that!

I’m seeking high confidence and boldness in life. I could be little bolder in my actions. That means I need to seek the boldness more and more intensively.

Confidence-vise I’m satisfied. No need to seek more. Actually my confidence is so high, it gets me in trouble a lot these days. Ding! Ding! Seek that confidence little less now Milan!

I’m not seeking to be super attractive anymore. I’m happily married, I have 2 great kids, life is good.

It’s all you my fellow young going bald or already bald man – if you really seek to be attractive, sky’s the limit and you can become the most attractive man alive. Easy!

I’m seeking balanced family life these days. I have kids. They need me and I like being with them. And that’s exactly what I’m getting – great balanced life.

These are the most important things that I’m seeking. But enough about me!

How to rock a bald head

I the world of men with hair and no hair, it’s very rare to see someone rocking their own head.

I don’t care about the heads with hair and there are certainly strategies of how to rock a mans head with hair. I’ll leave it to the experts who focus on this minority of men ๐Ÿ™‚

But, I’m an expert in rocking bald head.

And I’ll show you how you can rock your own bald head my fellow young going bald or already bald man.

Now, first of all let me tell you what rocking your bald head can do for you.

If you rock your bald head, your life will take off and you will reach a dimension where only a skies are the limit in every aspect of your life.

Let me give you few examples:

Your confidence will improve and with that your aggressiveness of pursuing your wildest dreams and goals in life.

You’ll get on a right track to reach your true life’s potential.

You’ll be in charge of your life without anything holding you back.

Your youthful energy will shift to a right direction. You’ll feel fantastic about yourself and your life. You will be ultimately in charge.

Now this is the most important benefit you will receive when you rock your bald head.

But there is more:

Your sex appeal will drastically increase. And you’ll be able to attract quality and other attractive partners into your life.

Your health will dramatically improve.

Your mood and positive outlook on life will improve hugelly.

Your finances will improve and with that your independence.

Your career in whatever field you are will take off.

The benefits of rocking your own head are many more than I just mentioned. But the key to remember is:

Everything will benefit from it forever and ever, amen!!!!!!!

Let’s get started:

There are 4 steps to rocking your own bald head.

Here they are:

1. Uncover it!

2. Keep the hair you have left short!

3. Get and stay physically fit!

4. Confidence – fake it with right posture, head up until it becomes natural!

Now let me tell you little bit about each of these steps from my experience.

1. Uncover it.

This might be the hardest one of all to pull off for many young going bald or already bald young men.

Why?

It’s the first step to move positively forward. And those are the hardest ones. Those start the momentum going. And you have to try to get that momentum going fast.

If you can start today, fantastic! If you need more time, so be it. Go easy. But keep it in the back if your mind young balding man on mission.

That’s your first move to rock stardom. That’s when the ice brakes and your sailboat becomes unstuck and free.

So try to keep that hat at home today my fellow young going bald rockstar!

2. Keep the hair you have left short!

The second step is much easier than the first one in my opinion. But only you can tell. We are all different.

Once you made a decision to stop hiding your bald head and successfully and bravely executed on that decision, it’s time to bring your rockstar head into proper style.

I recommend to young balding men to to cut their hair short into 1-7 mm length. It’s up to you to choose exactly my fellow young going bald man.

I cut mine every week and a half or so in 3 mm length. And I love it. That is my perfect number. Feel free to copy it. I strongly recommend it. Maybe start with little longer hair like 5 or 6 mm and over time move down.

Fantastic!!! That’s your step 2 in rocking your bald head!

Step 3 – Get and stay physically fit!

No young man should be afraid of this one! No young man should skip this one! It’s your duty to look and be fit, healthy and strong my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Yes, your duty!

If you’re not pursuing top physical fitness in your life, you are seriously missing a lot from it!

So stop that nonsense! It’s time to start working on your to physical shape now!

Coincidentally I’m an expert in helping young guys get in perfect physical shape. And it’s all not that hard to acomplish. So stay tuned my fellow young balding man on mission and start doing some pull ups today.

Do 5 times maximum pull ups today! And do it tomorrow too and at least 3 more times this week. That’s a perfect start!

Step 4 – Confidence – fake it with right posture, head up until it becomes natural!

Believe it or not, a lot of it will come automatically with first 3 steps you’re already doing.

But us bald men, we need right confidence. NO! We need super confidence! And it starts with super confidence posture!

Super confident posture is very, very, very important and rock stardom defining!

Stand up straight. Keep your head up, look slightly up, with your nose up, chin up. Off course keep your shoulders back. No slouching! Chest out, but and belly in!

That’s it! That’s the right super confidence posture. Now can you have posture like that all the time? Off course you can! And you must! It won’t only improve your confidence, self respect and self image. It will carry you far in life too.

People gravitate to others with confidence. It sends the message: I’m important, I believe in myself, I get things done. That’s rare these days!

Rock your bald head starting today!

As you can see, rocking a bald head doesn’t have to be a hard complex thing to pull off. You can start doing it now. You can seriously rock your bald head today my fellow young going bald man. And than the next day and the next. Keep these 4 simple rules in your head, or better write them down and rock it everyday with them. You’re a rockstar after all. A bald rockstar!

I’m the most atractive man in the world, and there is no reason why you can’t be even more attractive than me. I’m sure you can tell, that I don’t lack self confidence. And you shouldn’t be lacking it too!

I work very hard at it. But for me it’s fun. And it should be fun for you too! How fun is it when I walk on a hot summer day on the beach and the most attractive girls and women are starying at you?

Boldness and Mental fitness of Bald Superman is a quality every young going bald man has to acquire. It’s crucial for attractive successful life!

What does it mean to be mentally very fit?

What kind of mental fitness does superman have?

Superheroes in the movies sometimes wrongfully become bad guys in eyes of the crowds.

For whatever reason, the real villain will put a superhero in a spot and everyone thinks he is a bad guy now.

Superman was set up, bunch of people died, it wasn’t his fault but now everyone thinks it was.

So does it make superman depressed? Is he going to crawl under the bed now, everything is lost, they don’t like me anymore situation?

No!

Superman’s mental fitness is strong! He knows that that’s what villains do. Set superheroes up.

His mental state didn’t change at all!

He’s ready and motivated more than ever before to change it.

He’s mentally stronger and motivated more than ever before to put things straight in order again.

And he knows and is confident he will catch the bad guy eventually and prove him wrong. It’s only question of time!

He acts fast and very boldly. That’s how superman reacts to when people don’t like him anymore.

Young going bald mans mental fitness before superman like status.

Young man goes bald too early. It might be you now. It was me 13 years ago. What did I do?

I did exactly what superman wouldn’t do. I acted like a true willain. I thought people don’t like me anymore. I should stay away from people. I should hide. That’s what was going through my mind daily.

It was great before, but now it is all gone with my hair. Time to crawl under the bed.

Time to hide!

Yes that’s what I did. And you my fellow young going bald or already bald man might be doing the same thing now.

It’s time to change that!

It’s not what superman does!

It’s not what bald superman does!

Mental fitness of bald superman.

First things first – be and stay physically fit. This helps Superman daily to conquer his mindset and it will help you too.

I talk way too much about physical fitness and how to achieve a great one. No need to repeat myself here.

Do it my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Become very physically fit. And with that become confident man with fantastic mental fitness.

Confidence and mindset.

Superman never dwells too long on his misfortune and failure. He acts confidently and boldly. Yes, that’s the secret.

Trust yourself and act fast. And everything you do will be right. It’s that simple and Superman knows it.

And you know it now too!

Are you still going to make mistakes? You’re going to still make huge mistakes! And that’s perfectly fine! What is important is to not let them bring you down. Those are great learning experiences!

Even superman hits the skyscraper while chasing bad guy. Skyscraper falls, bunch of people die, it’s all good…….

Sheet metal yourself.

I talk about this fantastic strategy my father taught me in one of my videos.

What it means is that you imagine tough sheet metal all around your body. And nothing will chip on you physically or mentally. You’ll become invincible. Yes exactly like Superman for most of the time.

Positive mind.

Did you ever see Superman depressed and paralyzed for long time. No, me neither.

He’s positive thinker. Very positive thinker. And you have to be one too my fellow young going bald man.

Positive mind is strong mind!

Positive mind is attractive!

Positive mind gets things done!

Positive mind leads to succees!

Superman knows it and you know it now too!

Strong mental fitness.

It all boils down to strong mental fitness. You need one! You already have one. You too, like Superman himself can be very mentally fit.

You know who you are.

Superman does.

Even when everyone thinks temporarily that he’s bad.

He knows himself. That didn’t change. It’s the others perception what did.

You too young bald man in mission.

You know who you are. You are a man a positive hero with great values. You’re confident and strong. The hair loss won’t change that!

Life is short – what are you doing with the short time you have left on this planet?

Yes exactly! You’ll reach your own true potential. Exactly like Superman does! Your values, same way as Superman’s are the best! Stay mentally fit and achieve and be anything you want to be my fellow young going bald or already bald man!

I said THANK YOU! To my fried for carrying so much about my reputation. I’ll keep spreading my bald attraction message and offending those guys with hair in the process!

This is what I believe in and I want to yell loud to the world what I believe in!

I don’t care if anyone gets offended.

It’s his problem.

Now how about you young going bald or already bald man?

Are you afraid that, you’re going to hurt your own reputation?

Let me ask you and myself a question.

Are you going to hurt your own reputation by cutting your hair very short and to stop hiding your yearly hair loss my fellow young going bald or already bald man?

The shortest answer is NO!

But it will change the dynamics of your relationships a little.

It will change it to better relationships.

By cutting my own hair short and by becoming open about my own early hair loss, big changes happened in my life.

And they will happen in your life too young bald man on mission.

What changed?

What do you think people notice about a man, young man who’s hair cut screams – I’m going bald! And I don’t give a sh*t!

People notice self confidence!

High self confidence, no matter what you’re going through moves mountains, shakes trees and makes big rock come lose.

And that creates changes – very positive changes in your life!

My life changed mainly in a way of repelling succers, parasites, egoists and losers from it. And attracting true supportive winners.

And yours will do the same my fellow young going bald man!

When you are low on self confidence and when primary reason for it is your thinning hair when you’re young, people tend to take advantage of it.

No, not the closest people like your parents and true friends. They will support you no matter what.

But the ones who want to take advantage of it. And there will be always plenty of those.

Don’t give them a chance to hurt you more that you’re hurting now!

Forget about the reputation and stop hiding your early baldness.

Go bald, become proud of it and watch people react.

My guess is that, you’ll really like how your environment will react to your confidence building decission.

Raise the white flag to your early hair loss war my fellow young going bald man. Give up this senseless war and concentrate your energies on more important things in your life – your confidence, physical and mental fitness and overall well being of yourself. That changes everything! Including your own reputation.

Stop blaming your early baldness

If you don’t succeed and thrive in your life as a bald man, you wouldn’t either as a man with a beautiful set of hair.

It’s a very hard statement to swallow. I know!

Now I believe this is a true statement. And it boils down to your overall attitude in life.

Off course you might disagree with me here. You might think that all your misfortune and sadness comes from the fact that you got bald way too young.

And it might be true for you now.

And it probably is.

But it is only true because you believe it is true. You set the extra 2000 pound baggage on you shoulders. And you have to Cary it everywhere.

And you made peace with it that it’s just going to be there forever.

Now what do you think is the wise thing to do now my fellow young going bald or already bald man?

Yes, exactly!

Drop the baggage down!!!

You don’t have to do it now.

It’s hard to do it fast.

It’s a process!

But just knowing and believing in yourself, that you’ll eventually drop that piece of load makes that load much more manageable.


And the day will come when there will be no more extra load on your shoulders. You will stop blaming your bald head and you’ll get busy succeeding and thriving as a young bald man. Go! Start making it happen!

 Pick something you know you can succeed at or someone else succeeded at wildly, and use tenacity to win at it young going bald man.
 
 You are wandering now if you can succeed and live attractive bold successful life full of full-filed potential if you’re a bald man.
 
 Now, without wanting to sound like I’m bragging, you have an example of a very young went bald man – ME that made it happen.
 
 I dated the most beautiful women in the world. No, not many of them. Quality maters way more to me than quantity in this matter. One of them is my wife now.
 
 I am living rich, happy, fit, successful bold life with no regretts.
 
 I have health, happiness, beautiful wife and beautiful healthy kids.
 
 I am a winner!
 
 Now, I am not saying it to you my fellow young going bald or already bald man to piss you off and make you hate me.
 
 Not at all!
 
 I’m saying it to you, so you know it’s possible.
 
 I was once young 23 year old bald man who felt ugly.
 
 I was once very desperate young bald man filled with depressions.
 
 I didn’t see myself succeed with my bald head.
 
 I understand what you’re going through.
 
 Tenacity for young going bald or already bald man
 
 So you know it’s possible my fellow young going bald man.
 
 It’s not only possible.
 
 It’s highly probable that you’ll succeed wildly in life and be an ultimate leader and winner of your life!
 
 So what should you do now?
 
 Do this:
 
 Every day you wake up, you tell yourself you’ll keep going and never give up.
 
 You’ll stay at it no matter what!
 
 Tenacity! Tenacity! Tenacity!
 
 Every single day you should strive to get just a little bit stronger physically, mentally and emotionally.
 
 You should be increasing your self confidence just a little bit every day.
 
 Yes you should fail every day and not make such of a big deal out of it. You celebrate your failures and learn from them.
 
 That also applies to rejection. I was rejected by so many attractive women and bosses and I eventually landed the best jobs and dated the most attractive and smart women of all. It’s a numbers game! And being rejected is part of it and not a big deal at all!
 
 You should follow your goals and bring them every day closer to a completion.
 
 You should follow your passions and activities daily and engage in them.
 
 And than, never quit those pursuits and apply tenacity!
 
 Tenacity! Tenacity! Tenacity!
 
 If you do that, you’ll be a winner!
 
 Your success will be certain!
 
 You’ll live attractive successful, bold life up to your true potential as a bald man!
 
 Now go and start making it happen my fellow going bald or already bald young man.
 
 Never quit!
 
 Apply: Tenacity! Tenacity! Tenacity!
 
 And become: Winner who wins every time!
