This year is craziest year I have ever experienced. And I’m pretty sure you can say the same my fellow bald or balding man.
I’m an old furt now, but you might be in your twenties or younger. And to deal with this pandemic year on top of dealing with your early hair loss is traumatic experience to say the least.
And can relate. I’ve been there. Being young and loosing your hair is no fun! Throw lock downs and hostile people all around you into the mix and your mind can play some seriously negative games with you.
But for some reason, I managed to stay positive and actually I’m kind of liking the situation I was thrown into this year.
Why?
It’s combination of many things I might have or not have what you have my fellow balding or bald man. I have young kids. I’m older 43 now and spending more time with my kids and wife is actually great experience!
Now there are few other stuff I applied to stay mentally though, healthy and believe it or not – positive. Let me share it with you. And if you can, please try to apply it in your life too!
How to become mentally fit for bald man:
Physical fitness matters a lot in tough mental situations like this crazy year. The old saying: Fit body makes fit mind is nothing but true!
Running, swimming, lifting heavy things, playing games, working physically and struggling physically aka exercise is great for our minds! Period! If you don’t do it daily, start doing it today young balding or bald nam!
Outdoors activity and optimal sun exposure. Preferably you do all these physical activities and exercise outside with maybe 15 min without shirt so you can get some vitamin D creating sun rays. So good for your mental health!
Cold showers and exposing yourself to cold. Yes, that makes us happier! It’s uncomfortable but very good for your mind!
Counting your blessings and being thankful for the things you have. And writing it down on paper daily. I write every day 3 things I’m thankful for in my life.
Sugar free diet. This is huge! Cut the sugar in your diet and you won’t deal with the mood swings anymore. You’ll be perfectly leveled, healthy and happy!
Try to think about others and don’t worry about yourself that much. This one is huge! It really helps the mental fitness! As long you did all the good things like exercise, good diet for yourself, don’t worry about yourself anymore. Concentrate on others. Helping others. And watch your well being explode. Believe it or not, there are lots of people that need help.
Let’s talk little bit about your finances. This year especially lots of people got fired. I was one of them. I’m not calling it laid off, I call it fired! Because that is what it really is. Governments closed businesses and bosses fired their employees. It’s kind of understandable. So what happens when you get fired and you don’t have any money saved? It’s hard! It’s stressful to even think about it! It’s one of the hardest things, if you have dependents that rely on you, to through. That’s why being somewhat financially responsible helps. You want to build your savings pile. If you didn’t start yet, it’s time to start now! Today! It’s good to have up to a year of expenses in your bank account. If you have more, that’s even better. I call it Fuck You Money, which it really is. If your boss fires you got $ to survive. That’s good for your mind!
Anyway, the governments around the world saved the day and gave people big unemployment checks. But when we were getting fired in yearly March, no one knew that. We were just getting fired and left on our own. And solid bank account with savings helps mentally tremendously in these situations. So have some money saved my fellow bald man. It’s great for your mind and well being!
Anyway, enough said on this topic. Go apply these few simple principles my fellow attractive bald or balding man to become mentally bulletproof. A very worthy goal to shoot for indeed!!!
