Attractive young going bald or already bald man is a man with strong durable unbreakable mental fitness. Having this kind of mental fitness is a serious asset in life of bald or going bald man. So how do you achieve this kind of mental fitness?

You achieve it by achieving great physical fitness first. It sort of comes automatically with that. You’ll still have to destroy few mental blocks that are there somewhere in your head. But, I will talk about those in one of my next articles. Let’s just concentrate on physical and mental fitness deep connection now.

No excuses please my fellow young bald man

Yes you heard that right. No excuses at all for not being maximally physically fit you can be. No time, physical limitation, bad genes, wrong friends, too much study to do. It’s all the same – excuses.

You my fellow young bald man can not afford to not be in best physical shape you can possibly be. It should be your priority from now on.

I am very serious! I’m glad you understand this young going bald man on mission and you’re not making any excuses. It’s a done deal! You’ll get very physically fit! Fantastic! Let’s move on!

Physical fitness as a lifestyle

Not only I want you to become very physically fit my fellow young going bald man, I also want you to make physical fitness your lifestyle.

What does it mean to live lifestyle of physical fitness?

It means to think about it as if your life depended on it. And it really does depend on it. Especially your attractive life. I’m sure that’s what you care about the most right now my fellow young going bald man.

Physical fitness lifestyle means also, that you’re looking always for an opportunity to move more, being more uncomfortable in your days by seeking physical challenges and exposing yourself to cold, heat, sun, rain and wind. Because all those natural forces make you a more attractive, more happy, more durable mentally man.

It’s hard to get insulted by an asshole if you’re physically and at the same time mentally fit. You just laugh into that persons face that was trying to insult you. I’ve done that so many times πŸ™‚

Being a highly decisive person who trusts his actions and moves on them fast is also fantastic trait young bald man can possess. And it will serve you very well forever.

I believe with my humble opinion πŸ™‚ that I managed to get this gift of boldness in action and high decisiveness from my overall high fitness level in high doses. Hit the gym, stay very physically fit and I’ll be happily willing to give you the first place on this one. I would love to see you succeeding wildly at this one. It’s so worth it!

People who are highly decisive and are bold in their actions basically run the whole world. Off course they make mistakes. But they act so much and so fast that they succeed way more than fail. And the result is – they learn from their mistakes and that is the fastest way to learn. Plus they succeed on their wildest dreams because, they’re not afraid to act on them. Just writing this column makes me pumped up and incredibly motivated to do some bold fast actions that I have on my list and succeed or fail!

Life is short! Get physically fit and act fast on your dreams and actions and move with boldness my fellow young bald man! And than succeed wildly!

Growth mindset – not taking failure too seriously

When a young bald man becomes very physically fit, he will almost always look at his failures differently. More positively. And without getting negatively down on himself. It is a huge part of being mentally strong.

Almost every successful person looks at his failures as stepping stones to his successes. And that’s exactly what they are. Failing is the best way of learning. Fail often enough my fellow young going bald man and your success is virtually guaranteed! But first, you have to develop this ability of so called growth mindset. And great physical fitness is big part of it.

Yes, it is the growth mindset the most successful and attractive people have. And almost every one of them is physically fit. And with that it gives his mind an opportunity to be fit as well and to develop this incredibly skill – growth mindset! Do the damdest to get it my fellow young bald man!

Better decision making ability

If you’re physically fit my fellow young going bald or already bald man, you’re most likely to stay calm and make the right decision in critical moments.

I still remember my 6 month old daughter going into a febrile seizure in the middle of the night. While everybody panicked I calmly and confidently picked up the phone, called 911 and went to help. Because there wasn’t any help that was necessary from us. Our daughter needed to be just held and the most important was to call 911. When they arrived they did what was necessary and helped her like only professionals can. I stayed calm and made the right decission.
And big part if it was mine overall physical fitness levell.

Self belief

Better physical fitness you have, the more you believe in yourself. And believing in your abilities is important. Very important. It’s huge part if self confidence. Work hard on your body my fellow bald man and start believing in yourself!!! It’s a beautiful ability to have.

Health is first! If you don’t have health you don’t have anything my fellow bald man. Get very fit and be very healthy forever! Enough said here.

Energy is life!!! Lots of energy is hell of a lot more life. Being a person with lots of energy is also very attractive! Being physically fit gives you lots of energy. Take the most you can possibly get my fellow bald man!

Attractive look

I don’t have to write a lot here too. You’re not dum! You know it! Being physically fit is attractive to the eye. Being unfit is unattractive!

Now who do you think the most beautiful girls that are very fit too like to have as potential dates? Bingo! Fit guys! Yes off course fit bald guys!

Fit means effort. If you are fit it means you’re not a lazy ass. And that’s attractive and most importantly very visible!

Great sex

Yes my fellow bald man, the fitter physically you are, the fitter mentally you’ll be and the better performer in bed you’ll become. It is quite true.

Respect from others

Now this one benefit is a manly macho one from Milan. The fitter physically you are, the more respect people show you. It’s a fact.

I believe this comes from prehistoric times where muscles, size and strength were the most important traits for survival. But we still are genetically wired to react like that when we see a physically fit man. Anyway, however shallow it might sound my fellow bald man, get physically fit and gain respect with it!

Better enjoyment of everything in life

Yes, it all comes down to being able to withstand the challenges of life, learn from them and try more challenging things. And off course being able to enjoy life to the fullest. And with great physical fitness you’ll achieve that. You’ll be mentally very fit to go after your wildest dreams and goals. And that’s what life really should be about. Don’t you think?

There is quite a popular statement about bald men being better in bed. Whatever that might mean, being more passionate, lasting longer, being creative and wild or whatever you consider being great by a partner you’re having sex with.

I understand this statement and where it’s coming from. Bald is associated with too much testosterone, which is by the way not true at all. And that’s why bald men are considered a sexual incredible performers. But I have to disappoint you here my fellow bald man. But I am doing it only for your own benefit. And yes, if you already are an attractive bald man and do what’s required to be one, you most likely are fantastic performer in bed.

Statement that bald men are better in bed is a myth.

Now why am I saying that? Am I trying to take the last few advantages based on some bald men away from them? From us bald men? I am bald too and I want to be considered a great performer in bed too πŸ™‚

It’s not the bald head, it’s the health

Baldness doesn’t have anything to do with testosterone, which is the sex and good health promoting hormone in men. The overall health does. The stuff you eat, the way you exercise, sleep and rest, that’s the magic to the great performance in bed.

You want as much of naturally produced testosterone floating in your body as possible. This hormone promotes great health and performance. Again, the testosterone hormone naturally produced by our bodies is not responsible for baldness and hair loss! It’s a myth and a very popular one.

Becoming incredible bald performer in bed

To sum these 3 rules up: Eat only stuff naturally occurring in nature and don’t add any sugar or flour to it.

That basically leaves you eating only fresh meets of any kind, fish, nuts – preferably raw, eggs, avocados, vegetables, fruits, moderate amount of whole dairy, legumes and plenty of good fats like olive oil, coconut oil and even the grass fed butter. You don’t have to be afraid of it.

What should you drink for the highest possible performance?

I have the answer for you attractive, successful, high performing bald man in making. And it’s a boring one! But it’s also exciting at the same time. Because it gives you all the exciting stuff out there everybody wants like high energy, great performance, performance in bed included, great looks and great feel.

Simple strength training for high performing attractive bald man

I have 4 simple exercises you can start doing today my fellow bald man. And if you do them regularly 2-3 times per week and intensively, you’ll immediately get ahead of 99% of all men out there! How fantastic! You’ll be dominating immediately!

Here they are:

Pull ups – 5 times maximum you can do

Push ups – 111 performed in shortest time possible

Simple squat jumps – 3 times 30

Floor crunches – 111 performed in shortest time possible

Do it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

That’s it!

With this very simple plan, you’ll be able to achieve physical fitness many men only dream of. And that puts you immediately ahead of them. Sleep and rest

Another important tool of a bold highly performing bald attractive man is the rest management. It’s simple. If you feel physically tired after being very active lately, take a day off and just rest.

You only get better if you let your body recover from the overload, be it physical or mental. That’s the rule of nature that will never change. And we all have to respect it.

Rest management goes like this in very simple words:
One day is very hard, than you have one day or two easier. You push it hard with your strength training today and the following two days you swim or play some ping pong or soccer.

You should try to be active everyday. That means you do something physical every single day. You just manage intensity.

The same principle should be applied to mental stress and relax. Keeping a great balance between those two is the way to go. Don’t just sit in the office whole day and use your mind. Mix it up with something physical and vice versa. I am sure you get the idea.

Regarding sleep, highly performing, attractive bald man – YOU! should be getting enough sleep everyday. Minimum 6 hours, but ideally 8. That doesn’t mean you can’t have fun in life. You can have a lot of fun, you can party and stay up late. But make sure you catch up with your sleep eventually. Zombies don’t make great performers. And they look pretty ugly too.

It’s as simple as that. Sleep is very, very, very important for attractive bald mans well being! Don’t underestimate it my fellow bald man. Get enough sleep!

Stress management

In our modern world, stress is here to stay. There is nothing we can do about it. Or can we?

I believe us attractive, high performing successful bald men can eliminate a lot of it. And we should. We should only keep the good stress in our life’s. The kind of stress from which we grow and improve. Stress like physical stress, exercise, strength training, mental stress, learning and pushing our limits is a good stress for us bald attractive men.

But we should minimize the bad stress like financial worry, too much work and not enough balance in life and off of course stress coming from hating our early baldness. There is no reason for it!

The best way to manage stress is to create a balance in it. If you work 9-5 in the office looking into the computer and stressing your mind, make sure you do something physical on your lunch brakes or after work and on the weekends. And vice versa. If you you’re Plummer and work physically all day long, sit down in the evening and read inspiring book, learn new language, play guitar or take a class on programming. I am sure you get the picture. The key is to achieve balance.

Becoming attractive successful bald high performer

If you put all this beautiful tools together my fellow Attractive Successful Bald Man in making, you’ll certainly become high performer. And you’ll also become high performer in bed. That’s a great side effect of being heathy, physically and mentally strong, Attractive highly performing bald man. But, it won’t come free. You have to work at it! When people see fit athletic muscular man, yes bald man too, they often think or say: That guy must be on something!

Not true! And here is the proof:

I don’t use any steroids. Not even nutritional supplements! None! Nada!

Bragging moment: I have better muscular lean body than many guys even 15 years younger than me who do take all kinds of supplements and performance enhancing drugs. And they don’t even hide it!

We got used to giving steroids all the credit for great, fit, lean muscular athletic bodies.

For a modern society where everybody looks for a short cut, this is understandable.

But I have a great news for you my fellow bald or going bald young man.

Attractive bald man can get very fit without steroids. Period!

And in order to be attractive and successful in every aspect of his life bald man has to get as fit as possible.

And it is very possible without dietary and other supplements. Guaranteed!

I get it! Seeing very lean muscular guy is like seeing somebody from a different planet. There is not that many of them out there.

Majority of men are either fit fat, or skinny fat. You hardly see a fit athletic muscular guy that is lean.

This is where the huge opportunity lyes for young soon to be very attractive bald man.

How great, I usually respond. Than I snap back, that I can actually bench press 300 pounds and that I do curls with 70 pound dumbells. And all that without any supplements at all.

Well you can imagine how the conversation ends.

Yes it goes something like this: Common man! What are you on? You must be on something! Share the secret!

My answer is always the same: I don’t take anything. It’s just my perfect diet and consistent strength training. That’s the secret! But they usually never believe me.

And here is where the misunderstanding comes in. I need to get some special supplements to get leaner, more muscular and more athletic. Nothing can be further from truth.

Attractive bald man can be leaner, fitter, stronger than guys on steroids. Yes that’s a correct statement. I live as an example of that. And so can you!

The secret? My secret?

There is no secret!

The magic happens with consistent hard work in the gym and great diet free of processed foods. Food free of sugar and flour.

That’s it!

Attractive bald man doesn’t need extensive time to achieve lean strong muscular athletic body either.

All you need is 30 minutes on most days of the week focused on certain muscle parts worked out intensively.

Is complicated diet necessary? Nope!

My diet basically consists of:

Eggs, some meat, nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil, some whole dairy. That’s it!

What’s more important than what you eat, is what you don’t eat. 2 things your tong should touch very rarely are: products made out if flour, products made with aditional sugar. And those are all processed foods!

You already know that, to become bald attractive man, you need to get in perfect physical shape. And you already know that, the most effective way to do it, is through strength training.

For you beginners bald attractive man, I have this simple effective introductory strength training plan. It has only two exercises in it, but they are effective and they will start you on your road to perfect fitness.

Like I mentioned in the video, you should do this simple 2 exercise strength training plan 2 nonconsecutive days per week:

Mondays and Thursdays or

Tuesdays and Fridays or

Wednesdays and Saturdays or

Thursdays and Saturdays.

Pick your days and stay consistent. You don’t have to do any other exercise for 5 weeks. Just do this plan:

Biceps curl shoulder press – 3-5sets of 15-20 repetitions

Squat bend rows – 3-5sets of 20 repetitions

Now, I would like you to really do 5 sets, not only 3. Start first 2 weeks with 3 sets and than quickly move on to 5 sets.

Intensity for bald attractive man

We already covered the intensity for bald attractive man in one of my first articles. I hope, I convinced you to start doing regular strength training to get in perfect physical shape. Yes, strength training is the secret to great shape. And we bald man have to be in great shape to be attractive. Everybody does. So forget the cardiovascular exercise and get used to pushing and pulling heavy things, your body included.

Now, the only way to really reap the benefits of strength training is through intensity. Watch my video here where I talk little bit about intensity in strength training:

Intensity matters a lot in overall strength training routine. Yes, it is important to start slowly. But once, after the starting period is over, after about 3 weeks, it’s time to hit it hard.

I don’t want to scare you away my future bald attractive friend. It might seem like a very time consuming hard work this intensive strength training. But it doesn’t have to be. 2 times per week for about 20 minutes is all that’s required right now. And it will make a huge difference on your overall body composition and attractiveness.

That intensity will build lean muscle. It will increase your overall metabolism. You’ll start losing fat and become athletically muscular. There is no need to worry about getting too bulky and muscle boud. You won’t. Don’t worry. All you’ll get from intensive strength training exercise my fellow future bald attractive man is attractive athletic body.
