Yes, you can be bald rockstar without dying at 27 like some very well known rockstars did. Stars like Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Janice Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix or Marilyn Monroe lived very short lives. Yes they were true rockstars but the price they paid for it was too high.

Be a rockstar who lives long healthy life my fellow young going bald or already bald man! Concentrate on health and abundant energy in life! That’s what true rockstars do! That’s what bald attractive man rockstar – YOU does!

We all know some “cool” friends who smoke, drink, use substances. And they seem cool to us, sort of carelessly enjoying life’s forbidden stuff. And enjoying them in the process! Beware! It always, always catches up with them eventually! Always! The devil will always takes it dues! Always!

What seems to be cool now will not that long from now become a missery! Don’t ever let that Happen to you my young bald man on mission to be a true rockstar. Ever! Promise me that!

Healthy also means being attractive. And most young men care about that way more than they care about their health. Great! No problem! As long as it motivates you to stay healthy.

Dying young is overrated – live healthy long life young going bald man or already bald man!

First things first!

No smoking, heavy drinking and drug using! These will destroy not only your health and energy, but attractiveness too. I know you care the most about that at this young age my fellow young bald man. Stay attractive, stay away from drugs, cigarettes and alcohol!

Healthy diet for bald rockstar

Eat healthy wholesome diet free of processed foods. Diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit. Don’t add sugar to anything you eat or drink. Drink only boring stuff like water, freshly brewed unsweetened teas, unsweetened coffee and mineral waters. Everything sugar free!!!

That pretty much sums it up. This kind of diet will keep you healthy, pimple free, good looking, lean and with lots of energy.

Don’t underestimate the importance of what you eat my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Take it very, very, very seriously! And stay attractive and perform like a rockstar forever!

Exercise for bald rockstar

By now you most likely know my exercise routine I recommend to my fellow young going bald men. It’s the combination of intensive strength training, interval training and fun outdoors physical activities enjoyment.

I believe that, it is the best way to stay healthy, super fit, superman with abundant energy and super good looking too! Everything benefits by you bald man taking the effort to stay in perfect physical shape. Get on it! No excuses!

Sleep for bald rockstar

When you’re very young and pulling the all nighter doesn’t seem like a big deal, you’re dealing with youth my fellow young going bald or already bald man. And youth is flying. And it’s flying away fast.

I still remember feeling like I do not need to sleep at all not that long ago. Well, that was youth. I’m 38 now and I can assure you, that I don’t feel the same way anymore.

If I pull 1 all nighter, I’ll pay for it dearly. Not only with the energy levell, but health wise too. Anyway I don’t have to go too much into the details here about not getting enough sleep. You already know the consequences young bald man on mission.

Get good sleep habits under your belt now while you’re still young my fellow young going bald man. And you’ll be atractive, strong, healthy, with lots of energy bald rock star!

This is a one subject in overall health and well being of a bald rockstars, that I don’t have much experience in. But considering how beneficial it is to meditate for good healthy life, I am planing to dive in soon into meditation and it’s techniques.

When people see fit athletic muscular man, yes bald man too, they often think or say: That guy must be on something!

Not true! And here is the proof:

I don’t use any steroids. Not even nutritional supplements! None! Nada!

Bragging moment: I have better muscular lean body than many guys even 15 years younger than me who do take all kinds of supplements and performance enhancing drugs. And they don’t even hide it!

We got used to giving steroids all the credit for great, fit, lean muscular athletic bodies.

For a modern society where everybody looks for a short cut, this is understandable.

But I have a great news for you my fellow bald or going bald young man.

Attractive bald man can get very fit without steroids. Period!

And in order to be attractive and successful in every aspect of his life bald man has to get as fit as possible.

And it is very possible without dietary and other supplements. Guaranteed!

I get it! Seeing very lean muscular guy is like seeing somebody from a different planet. There is not that many of them out there.

Majority of men are either fit fat, or skinny fat. You hardly see a fit athletic muscular guy that is lean.

This is where the huge opportunity lyes for young soon to be very attractive bald man.

This is a huge opportunity my fellow young bald man!!! Take it very seriously!

Very, very seriously!

Here is where your opportunity lies.

Opportunity:

Achieving very fit and lean athletic attractive body. No steroids and supplements necessary! And you too can few months down the road be st at the 1% peak of most attractive men in in the world.

Yes, you heard that right! You can achieve bald mans athletic, super lean, supper attractive body without supplements and steroids.

And you must get the body like that!

In order to be attractive bald man, you have to have athletic, muscular, lean chiseled body. I strongly believe in that.

In my experience, the most attractive women or men out there, who ever you prefer, consider great physical fitness as very important in overall attractiveness of a bald man.

How do I know you don’t need steroids to achieve this kind of body? I know that because I a bald man have muscular, athletic, very lean, yes my six pack abs is clearly visible body. And I never used steroids or any special supplements.

Plus I have been studying human performance physiology all of my life and I know what can you achieve with a plain hard work and great nutrition.

The most funny think I experience is when I hear a guy telling me, he is shooting himself with testosterone every morning and bragging how strong he is.

I can bench press 200 pounds and do biceps curls with 40 pound dumbbells, he says.

Really?

How great, I usually respond. Than I snap back, that I can actually bench press 300 pounds and that I do curls with 70 pound dumbells. And all that without any supplements at all.

Well you can imagine how the conversation ends.

Yes it goes something like this: Common man! What are you on? You must be on something! Share the secret!

My answer is always the same: I don’t take anything. It’s just my perfect diet and consistent strength training. That’s the secret! But they usually never believe me.

And here is where the misunderstanding comes in. I need to get some special supplements to get leaner, more muscular and more athletic. Nothing can be further from truth.

Attractive bald man can be leaner, fitter, stronger than guys on steroids. Yes that’s a correct statement. I live as an example of that. And so can you!

The secret? My secret?

There is no secret!

The magic happens with consistent hard work in the gym and great diet free of processed foods. Food free of sugar and flour.

That’s it!

Attractive bald man doesn’t need extensive time to achieve lean strong muscular athletic body either.

All you need is 30 minutes on most days of the week focused on certain muscle parts worked out intensively.

Is complicated diet necessary? Nope!

To achieve your own attractive bald mans athletic, lean, muscular body, you have to simplify your diet. Not complicate it.

My diet basically consists of:

Eggs, some meat, nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil, some whole dairy. That’s it!

What’s more important than what you eat, is what you don’t eat. 2 things your tong should touch very rarely are: products made out if flour, products made with aditional sugar. And those are all processed foods!

Be an attractive bald man with exceptional body without steroids!

Now, my fellow going bald young or already bald man, you know it’s possible to achieve the most attractive athletic muscular body without steroids. Now go and make it happen! Work hard, smart, eat free of processed foods diet. And than just be brutally consistent with it! That’s all you need.

For bald man to become attractive sugar consumption needs to stay on minimum. And what is the biggest source of sugar in our diet? It’s sweetened drinks.

Beside sugar, these exciting sweetened beverages contain a lot of chemicals too. Quite a no, no for attractive bald man. Unfortunately, those people who drink drinks like this are damaging their health and overall attractiveness. Don’t let that happen to you future bald attractive man.

Attractive bald man best drinking choices:

There are few and they are available to everyone. Are they boring? I will let you be the judge of that. I actually find them very exciting. They keep me hydrated, energized and healthy. And that’s very exciting to me!

Here they are:

Plain natural water

Plain natural mineral water

All kinds of natural unsweetened teas – my favorites are mint tea, Irish breakfast and earl grey tea.

Plain coffee – little bit of milk or cream is fine. No sugar!

And that’s it! Nothing else.

You might be asking now: Where did Milan left the natural vegetable and fruit juices. Yes, I left them out purposefully. And the reason for it is symple. By juicing fresh fruit and veggies, you strip the natural nature produced product of fiber and you make it processed food. It is still natural, but all is left are vitamins, minerals and sugar water. And, as you already know, sugar is one of the worst enemies of bald attractive man. And fiber helps that sugar to enter your system much slower. And we want that! Stick with fruit avoid fruit juices attractive bald man.

Bald attractive men out there, get used to drinking these exciting/boring drinks only and become more energized, healthier and at the same time more attractive men immediately.

Bald attractive man has to eat right. It is a part of being attractive. The foods you eat can seriously make you either more attractive or less attractive. But the beginnings can be very confusing. And here I apply 80/20 rule where I recommend future bald attractive men to start eating these miraculous 11 foods that will make them immediately more attractive bald men.

I can actually just go with these foods infinitely. You have all you need in combination of these foods – vitamins, protein, minerals, good fats and healthy carbohydrate choices. All you need to do is drink plenty of pure water and your bald attractive man diet is set on autopilot.

For bald attractive man, here are the 11 miraculous foods to start your diet with:

Apples

My personal favorite food. I eat a lot of them every day. They are a fantastic snack with almonds together. And they will make you more attractive immediately. They are incredibly nutritious. They are loaded with fiber. They are simply a wonder food for bald attractive man. Eat at least 1 per day. I shoot for 3 per day. Get more attractive imediatelly!

Almonds

Here I mean raw almonds. Eat them raw. Stay away from roasted ones. Raw is way better for you. Almonds contain huge amount of fiber. They are great source of protein and great healthy oils. They will make you feel more satisfied when you eat them with your meal thanks to its high good fat content. And they will of course make you more attractive bald man immediately. Eat at least 17 pieces of almonds per day. I personally have always open bag of raw almonds on my car passenger seat. So always when I drive, I snack on raw almonds. I basically put my almond consumption on autopilot.

Plums

It’s a seasonal fruit. So, when the plum season is on look for them. The purple color, fiber, vitamins and minerals are true bald attraction creator combination property plums offer. They are very tasty. they are great for overall gut flora. And actually your gut and its health is responsible mainly for how you feel and look. You don’t have to eat plums every day. But when they are in season, you should at at least 1 per day.

Cashews

I love cashews. They are amazing source of good fats, protein and fiber. And again, here I mean the raw cashews. Don’t eat roasted ones. Maybe it sounds little boring, but be it. Roasting kills lots of great healthy properties of cashews. And us bald attractive men, we need those raw, from the nature nutrition for becoming more attractive immediately.

Sardines

I know. I know. I doesn’t sound very appetizing. Not that many people are a big fan of sardines, either being fresh sardines or sardines in the can. But if you want to become more attractive bald man overnight, you’ll bite the bullet and eat some sartdines at least twice per week. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids, protein and they will seriously make you more attractive overnight considering you will eat them unprocessed. I do. And I recommend you do too. I get them in a can, where they come in spring water and no salt is added, but some salt is ok. You can also get them in a can with some olive oil. While they leave a little bad breath, after washing your teeth, all is left is a more attractive bald man. It’s definitely worth it!

Raspberries

For bald attractive man, raspberries are a great food choice. They are easy to eat if you keep them on your car passenger seat. They are full of vitamins and minerals and fiber and all kinds of antioxidants. And they are naturally low in sugar although they taste pretty sweet. So, here is your natural attractiveness producing candy my fellow bald man. Get used to eating raspberries on regular bases.

Coconut fresh

Coconut is rich in great fats and a lot of minerals and fiber. Also being low on carbohydrate, coconuts are a bald beauty miracle foods. Look for fresh ones. I usually buy a bulk of them. I try to eat some coconut meat every day. I grab a fresh coconut, take a straw, drink the fresh milk out of it, than I throw it against the sidewalk outside and take the fresh coconut meat out of there and eat it over few days after. Than I open another one. The key here is to go super natural. That means the freshest way possible. And that’s the one I just described.

Wild salmon

Wild raised salmon is one of the best protein sources out there. It’s rich in omega 3 fatty acid, so amazingly good for our health and attractiveness. Wild salmon can be expansive, but you can get the one that comes in the can. And those are very inexpensive. You get a nice big chunk of salmon with all the bones in it – great calcium source. Eat the bones too. I mean with that, the bones that are in canned salmon. They are pretty soft and tasty. I often have a whole can of salmon with couple apples for lunch and I feel fantastic the whole day after! Seriously, give it a try! You won’t only look like attractive bald man imediatelly, you’ll also feel like one.

Extra virgin olive oil

Don’t be afraid of this fat potentially very attractive bald man. I put my olive oil on everything. I use huge amount of it daily. Now, I am a very active guy. You might choose to go for more moderate intake. But it won’t hurt you to go crazy on olive oil occasionally. And you will give your overall bald attractiveness a fawor. Enough said!

Organic kale

Buy it and it’s most likely prewashed, but wash it one more time, put on the plate, pour some olive oil on it and enjoy! Or just have it as a side dish with your grilled salmon. Kale is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, it’s low on sugar, it has a lot of fiber. It is a true bald attractiveness supporting food. And that’s what we are looking for, don’t we?

That’s why I packed both of them in one to make total number of 11 foods. It is my favorite number! And I always do lists of 11 not 10. It’s my personal weird think about myself.

While eggs and avocados have a bad reputation these days, don’t listen. Run away from advice about avoiding these foods.

Avocados are rich in fat. And that’s why they have such a bad reputation. But, this fat is actually incredibly good for you and avocados actually make you skinny, not fat. Eat as much as you wish to of avocados bald attractive man and become healthier and better looking immediately! Avocados are a true bald attractiveness makers! The more you eat of them, the better!

Eggs have a bad reputation because of the high cholesterol content. But, don’t listen future bald attractive man. Cholesterol is important! It’s important for our overall attractiveness. And cholesterol consumed is not related to cholesterol in your blood test. You need cholesterol. It’s necessary for your health. Sugar and processed flour consumption is responsible for high blood cholesterol levells. Don’t believe me? I have been way too long in this field to be wrong about this.

I recently got my blood test done, just because some people I give advice to – yes those are bald men, because I recommend eating a lot of eggs to them.

And I eat a lot of them myself. Well, my total cholesterol was 186, my HDL cholesterol was 80 and my triglycerides, which is fat in blood were 37, all being fantastic healthy numbers. And how much eggs do I eat per week? On average about 25. And I am certain these healthy blood test numbers of mine are result of eating more natural stuff like eggs. The bottom line is that, eggs don’t make you fat and unhealthy. They make you very healthy and attractive!
