Are bald men attractive?

I have a fried. Her name is Monica. She is beautiful, little cocky, very intelligent, athletic and very pleasant to be around. She really is a guys dream come truth. She is my fried and we were having a coffee the other day when she told me how wrong she was. Let me explain. You are going to like this my fellow bald and potentially very attractive friend.

So, about a year and a half earlier, Monica said to her other fried, also my friend, also pretty hot, that she is not attracted to bald guys at all. She sort of made a pretty big deal out of it.

So eventually it got to me too, in sort of a funny way. And it made me think a little. And I had a thought that Monica is going to find and date a bald guy. It just crossed my mind that time. Monica just got out of a bad relationship about a 1/2 a year ago and she was searching for a new partner. She was ready. And all this talk about how she is not attracted to bald men made me really think, that she will find a bald guy who she is really attracted to.

So, there I was thinking. It would be funny and great at the same time, if she really found a new guy which is bald. I already knew, that this is possible, because people don’t really know what they are saying in these situations. And Monica clearly stated that she is not attracted to bald guys at all! Boy, she was wrong!

Now, sitting in the coffee shop with her and her telling me how she is incredibly attracted to her new boy Adam. Adam is a guy in early fourtyies, completely bald, hear cut short, very fit, tennis player and ice hockey player as his hobbies. He has just some regular government job, nothing special. But he lives intensively. I met him. He could be our role model here on Bald Attraction. But let’s that keep myself πŸ™‚ for now. Ha, Ha, Ha. See, I don’t lack self confidence πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

So, let me get to the point here. Even those people that say, that they are not attracted to bald people don’t really know what they are saying. They simply don’t know! Nobody knows. But I know one thing. If Adam, the recent Monica’s boyfriend was out of shape, boring, uninteresting and so on, I don’t care how much hair and how beautiful they were, she would not be attracted to him!

So the point here is, that it’s really not about the bald head. It’s about the bold actions and the way bald man lives, takes care of himself, is confident, fit, healthy, intelligent and fun to be around. It’s all about these beautiful things we all can achieve.

And if a bald guy manages to pull these traits off. Oh my, he will become the most attractive man in the world! I wrote about it before. Overcoming certain set backs, in our case early balding, is very, very, very attractive on top of other things. So don’t give up here my bald and potentially very attractive man. You really, really can become very attractive. It takes work, but it’s worth it!

What makes bald man attractive?

I know we bald men asked this question before and most likely many times: Can I still be very attractive man when I am bald? And if that’s possible, what do I have to do?

The answer to that question is an astounding: Yes! You, my fellow bald friend
can become the most attractive man out there. But it won’t happen just like that. It takes work. And it takes a lot of work. But, I don’t know how about you, but I would do anything to become more attractive. And, I am pretty sure, you will do the same think.

Common! Being very attractive is fantastic thing to have. People care more about being attractive than being healthy. That of course doesn’t mean, you won’t be healthy. Becoming attractive bald man means also becoming very healthy man. Almost to the point of becoming invincible.

Let me just give you an example. When I came to US almost completely bald, I didn’t feel confident. And I also felt kind of weak too and not as healthy. My English was non existent. The feeling sorry about myself creeped back again.

I mastered myself back in Slovakia, I stayed confident, in great shape. And I felt good. Things were going great. I was dating beautiful women, that found me very attractive. But, when I came to the States, things sort of fell apart again.

I had to get a job, based on my non existent English language skills. Working in a restaurant and moving furniture for local moving company is not necessarily major confidence boost. So I started wallowing in my mind again. I was slipping fast on my attractiveness factor.

One day after a grueling moving job in San Francisco that took 15 hours and I barely made my last metro – BART back to east bay, I decided something has to change. And it was my attitude. I decided right there, where I was sitting in that BART stained seat to stop feeling sorry for myself. And start working very hard to feel confident again.

I started working intensively on my English language. I got in perfect shape. And most of all, I felt excited and very ambitious again. I knew, I am going to dig myself from this hole. And I did. It was a hard work. But at the end, I ended up with perfect job that I really loved, my fitness was amazing, I was very confident in my actions. And I loved every second of it. This struggle – progress made me feel very happy.

I still consider this period of my life – first 3 years as an emigrant in US as the best years of my life. Those were very intensive years. I was incredibly proud of myself and I was making things happen. It offed hurt. But I enjoyed the pain in the process. Progress takes some pain after all. If there is no struggle, there is no progress either.

Anyway, this is what makes bald man attractive. Your actions, your attitude, your willingness to overcome your struggles. And, it might sound odd, but also enjoyment of it all. Yes, you can make yourself enjoy overcoming your pains and struggles. Stop feeling sorry about yourself now! And get to work!

Take life into your hands potentially attractive bald man. Take care of yourself and get to work. Eat healthy, exercise, lift weights, study, be confident of your looks and enjoy it all in the process. And that’s what makes a bald man, very attractive bald man.

Intelligence for bald and attractive man

This is going to be a shorter post, but by no means less important for potential bald and attractive man. Take it very, very seriously.

Bald and attractive man is not only strong, lean, tan and muscular, he is also intelligent. Being intelligent is very important and it adds hugely to your overall attractiveness. They say, that you have to be born with intelligence. I disagree. I think that, if you work hard on your overall intelligence and you already have certain manners, you will be on the right track on being bald and attractive intelligent man.

I know a guy. He is muscular and lean. He has clearly visible six-pack abs. He is good looking and other people turn around whenever they see him. Yes, he has a beautiful hear too – the Jesus Christ kind of look. Very attractive. But when this guy opens his mouth and says something stupid, which he is very well known doing, or when he is being rude to other people and women, it suddenly makes him incredibly ugly. And I don’t care, that he has supermodel like looks. He is ugly and completely unattractive. Being fit, good looking, muscular but dumb like a telephone post is still pretty ugly.

How do you become more intelligent? Study the manners. Study, learn or hire somebody to show you how to have manners. Read books on many different topics. Intelligent bald attractive man knows that more he knows, the more he knows that he doesn’t know. That makes him humble. And that makes him also want to know more, to study more, to learn more. Learning, studying and reading humbles people to the point that they get very nice, intelligent, knowledgeable and fun to be around.

I don’t mean to suggest to you to be invisible, quite and stay in the line of the crowds. No, not at all. You should be confident, bold, often controversial and offensive too if you feel like it. There is nothing wrong with that. Just judge the situation. A little hint: I purposely offend, or piss off only more powerful people than me and only men. Powerful men tend to act like they know it all and saw it all.

Even if I strongly disagree with somebody unfortunate, I never try to verbally offend the person. And like I said before. I have a deep respect for women. I strongly believe they are the better species in this world than us adrenaline, testosterone driven men. And I do absolutely the best to be nice to every woman. And so should you!

Sometimes bad manners are ingrained by our families in which we grew up. Are you judging people too much? Are you complainer? Are you egoistic? You don’t like people? You don’t respect old people? Women? Do you have manners? Have you seen it in your family when you were growing up?

Yes, we all have some things going on that we observed from our families. And that’s ok. Important thing is to being able to point those things and start slowly changing.

I have a friend who judges people way too much by how they dress and how they look. And he likes talking about it way too much. And it is such a turn off. First, he should mind his own business. Second, you can tell that he doesn’t have anything better to do either, just observing people and judging them. And he is not that pleasant to be around also. He looks great, he is fit, but somehow his behavior is such a not pleasant part of him that makes you run far million miles away.

Bald and attractive man has manners

Look at your behavior. Can you point few things that don’t seem that right. Be critical. It’s important here. And start slowly changing.

Bald and attractive man has the whole package. He works hard on his fit, muscular and lean body and he works same hard on his intelligence and behavior. Yes, to be attractive, you still have to have both. One without the other one is like having only one sock on your foot and the other foot is naked.

Style matters for bald and attractive man. But style only matters, when you are healthy, fit, lean, muscular and energized person. Did you ever considered fat, pale, sickly looking guy with expensive Calvin Klein suit attractive? I don’t think so. Heath, fitness, energy levels mater way more than style does. But when you have all of these, style can magnify your bald attractiveness.

Cut it short

There is nothing worst and unattractive, than a bald guy trying to cover his bald head with some left over hair. If you are one of these guys, I have an advice for you. Stop it! You are not going to cover your baldness. You will actually make it much more visible. People notice immediately bald people that are trying to cover their baldness. And that’s not an attractive baldness. You are way better of cutting it short and making it clearly visible that you are bald. It’s the way it is and it doesn’t bother you. And that’s kind of very attractive.

People who have perfect looks and they have beautiful features and genetics are actually less attractive than people with certain beauty defects, that find a way to overcome that and raise above that.

Ok lets consider being bald as one of this minor beauty defects. I actually don’t consider being bald as a defect at all. Only some people think it is. There is not a shortage of cases of very attractive people who clearly stated of bald men being unattractive and actually ending up marrying bald man or having bald men as boyfriends or lovers in the future. Quite a common thing.

Let’s just say these people don’t really have a clue what is really attractive. How would you otherwise explain their attraction to bald man, even though they claim bald men being unattractive. All I can say is, you never know until you try:)

Dress well

I am not a fashion expert but i know some basics. Dressing well is actually not that hard. And it doesn’t have to be very expensive either.

First rule here is: stop buying cheep crappy stuff and wearing them forever. Instead buy good quality, more expensive stylish stuff, that last long time, but never go out of the style. Have more of these stuff and keep enjoying them all.

I am as guilty as many people. If I go to the gym to do my strength training, I just grab whatever tshirt I find and run. This is wrong! And I am working on it too.

Gym workout is a special social occasion you need to dress for. I don’t mean suits and shirts here. What I mean is nice looking athletic clothes. Don’t be that guy who wears his old shirt to the gym for 5 years now, because he thinks, there is nothing wrong with it and hey, I am going to sweat in it anyway. He doesn’t know that, that old shirt which is still ok will be still ok 10 years from now and actually his grand kids can still wear it.

Seriously, get rid (donate) of all those old stale, pale stuff you accumulated. And buy new ones! If you only do this simple fun step, you will be way ahead and standing out. Actually, I found out, that if I dress well for my workout, I push myself harder. This is big! Very big! Don’t ignore it.

You will actually feel more confident and you will definitely look more attractive in clothes that are maybe a little bit more expensive, but look much better on you! And than after a while get ruthlessly rid of them too a buy new ones.

You can actually buy second hand brand almost new designer clothes. There are a lot of second hand shops out there. I do this sometimes. You can actually buy some really good stuff for 50 bucks or something like that, very little worn, that looks like new and would cost $ 300 if bought new. And nobody will ever find out, you bought it used. It’s probably made in China anyway. And than, get rid of it when it starts looking old. And buy new stuff.

I am not a fashion expert, but I can somehow tell, what makes bald men attractive. If you wish to explore this subject little further, I recommend contacting a stylist for some advices about your style fitting you the best. But it really shouldn’t be that hard. Maybe just picking up few famous people magazines and looking what Hugh Jackman, Brad Pit or Clive Oven is wearing would do the trick.

Enjoy some sun

Don’t be afraid of sun. Sun is important to our health. And optimal sun exposure can not only make you better looking, it will certainly make you healthier.

Nice brown bald head with tan ripped muscular body is a very attractive thing to have. And if you have clearly visible six pack abs, than you become an attraction magnet and it doesn’t matter, that you don’t have a single hair on your head.

I shoot for at least 30 minutes of sun exposure per day with no sunscreen. Of course, there are days that sun doesn’t come out, so you will not get much of sun exposure on these days. But, spending the whole day indoors, when there is a beautiful sunny day outside is a beauty and health sin.

Always when I am outside and doing some work or running, playing soccer or tennis, or I am just hanging out on the beach after surfing, I take my shirt of. I expose as much of my body to the sun as I possibly can. There are few nude beaches around south of San Francisco, that you can practice the whole body tanning. I am a big fan of it and a regular visitor πŸ™‚

For example, last Friday I played hour and half of tennis on a beautiful hot sunny day. I immediately took my shirt off, even thought it is not allowed there. Guess what? Nobody said anything. I kept it off for about 45 minutes getting some great healthy sun exposure. Than I put my shirt on and I put a hat on my head to prevent burning.

Yes, sun exposure is great for bald and attractive man and his health and attractiveness. But you have to be careful and smart about your sun exposure, so you don’t get burned. Starting with 20 minutes, when you are completely pale is enough. Than slowly, when you get darker, extend your time on the sun to up to 45 minutes and longer.

People often wander why I am so tan. Did you come from Hawaii Milan recently, or have you been to Fiji? They ask. My answer is always the same. I am not afraid of sun, I hang out on the sun a lot and take my shirt of whenever I do stuff outside.

If you are muscular, lean with clearly visible six-pack abs, why would you hide your attractive body under your shirt? Show it off! Being fit, lean, ripped and muscular and tan is very attractive. If you are not, get back to my previous chapters, how to get lean and muscular and learn how to do it. At the same time, don’t be afraid to take your shirt off. After all, you are getting better. You are on the mission to becoming bald and attractive man.

I don’t want to brag too much about my six-pack abs and being attractive, but I have to tell you one story. Few years ago, I went to a nearby waterfront resort with few buddies of mine. All of them very attractive young men with beautiful longish hear. Me being the only bald guy out there. When the beach time came and we all took our shirts off, I was surprised how these guys were embarrassed about their own bodies. Yes, they had beer bellies and man boobs. Yes, there are actually guys out there with man boobs. And that’s a pretty unattractive think on it’s own for a guy. If you want to be bald and attractive man, you can’t afford to have those. Period!

Anyway, as day progressed, I was the only guy with a phone number in my trunks pocket. I manage to collect it from the most attractive woman out there. No, I wasn’t married that time and I don’t aggressively ask for phone numbers of attractive women anymore. The point is, I wasn’t afraid to ask and I got it, while my friends with hair and man boobs were just drooling and staying by with low confidence. Might fit, lean, tan and athletically muscular body have something to do with it? I certainly think so!

Again, I am not trying to brag about this, it’s not my style. I am just trying to motivate you fellow bald guys out there, that it is highly possible to be the most attractive man on the beach and not only beach, if you manage to work hard on your body and be reasonably intelligent and maybe a little bit tan too.

Anyway, just wanted to add that story and remind you to not forget to show your qualities off and to get some optimal sun exposure in the process.

Time to get more visible fellow future bald and attractive man with some style. You don’t have to go overboard with it. Just a few simple rules we talked about will put you ahead of majority. Let that style bug sort of buzzing in your head at all times. It’s easy to forget about it. Having some style takes some effort and bravery. Good luck on the way to it.

Carbohydrates for bald and attractive man

The single most important factor to look in your diet are carbohydrates. For the most part in this modern world, they are the enemies for bald and attractive mans body. Those processed ones like flour, all kinds of sugars, yes brown sugar and honey included, and all kinds of sweeteners are making our bodies sick and look very unattractive.

Not saturated fat, but sugars and processed carbohydrates are the main reason for epidemic in massive unattractiveness in people. So, that fat free yogurt, that is advertised as a healthy/beauty alternative is really not that healthy/beauty making stuff at all. It is actually terrible for your looks and health. I repeat, fat is not your enemy. Get over this terribly wrong myth about fat.

Now you know, that carbohydrates are the enemy of your energy, health and attractiveness with it. At least I hope you believe me in this. I am convinced it is truth. So, can you still eat some carbohydrates? Of course you can. Carbohydrates have a big place in our diet. They are our main source of energy. But only the good, favorable carbohydrates play this role. Which ones are those? It’s very simple and you can remember it easily. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Take potatoes away from this category.

Yes fruits and vegetables are the most natural, food industry untouched carbohydrates that are good for us bald and attractive men. Why? They actually contain very little of carbohydrates, compared to processed dense carbohydrate choices like flour, pasta, breads, bagels, sweetened drinks. And on top of it, they come with a healthy dose of fiber, that actually regulates the sugar entry to our blood stream even more.

Slow carbohydrates

Vegetables and fruits are the slow carbohydrates. And slow means, very, very, very healthy with beautification properties for bald and attractive man. Isn’t slow suppose to be bad? Don’t we want to be a fast attractive bald men? Let me answer that question for you. Slow in carbohydrates actually means very fast.

This is how it works. Let’s say you have a bagel with cream cheese for your breakfast and you have it with coffee and you put 2 spoons of brown sugar in it.

Now, what’s happening in your body after you put these fast, about 75 grams of carbohydrates is this: sugar enters your blood stream very fast. Suddenly, there is more sugar in your blood than it’s necessary and healthy for your blood arteries. Brain sends impulse to your pancreas to do something with that dangerous sugar. At this point, you are still feeling pretty good. There is a slight sugar rush and that makes you feel energized.

Now pancreas releases higher amount of insulin to the blood stream to take care of this sugar. And it starts clearing the sugars fast. Your pancreas is not that smart, or better said it didn’t evolve yet for these kind of sugar spikes and it releases too much of insulin. Suddenly there is not enough sugar in your bloodstream. And there is too much insulin in it, that creates inflammation and you start feeling like S..t.

Yes, about an hour after your processed carbohydrate dense meal, you start feeling tired, your mind is foggy, and you don’t feel good. Carbohydrate overload crush just happened. And on top of it, this inflammation now happening all over your body creates fertile conditions for storing fat and making you look very unattractive. So, majority of those fast carbs are now transferred to fat and stored as very unattractive love handles.

Now, take another example. You have 3 eggs omelet with spinach and some mushrooms on it and maybe some salad on the side for breakfast. You have a coffee with some milk and no sugar. Now very different scenario will be unfolding. Omelet is rich in protein and good fats. Yes, the fat in eggs is good for you. How about all that cholesterol in eggs? If you think that eggs are the enemy because of the cholesterol in them, you’ve got things to learn my friend. You are very behind in you nutritional knowledge. But that’s ok. Keep learning. But there is no time right now for yet another discussion about eggs. They are good for you. Make peace with it.

All carbohydrates you have in your second choice of breakfast are those in spinach, mushrooms, salad and little bit of milk. Let’s say, it’s 25 grams of carbs. 25 grams is not too much and it also comes with fiber, protein and fat together.

These carbohydrates will be entering your blood stream at a very slow rate. There is no need for the brain to send the impulse to release too much insulin, because the sugar levels are stable. 1 hour later after you eat this healthy choice of breakfast, your blood sugar levels are the same as they were before. There is no excess insulin in your blood which creates happy no inflammation condition.

And how about you? How are you feeling? You are feeling great, energized, ready for your exciting day. You are feeling exactly how bald and attractive man is suppose to feel. And there is probably somebody from behind looking at you saying: Who is that attractive bald man?

Processed foods

Bald men who eat processed junk foods are not bald and attractive. They are just bald eating garbage cans where these foods are stored, making the garbage can rusty, ugly and old. If you want to be bald and attractive, you will not touch these foods. They are the enemy for your health, looks, energy levels and overall attractiveness.

Processed foods like frozen meals, frozen pizzas, commercial baked goods, soups in cans, candy, store deserts, hot pockets, sausages, and many, many others are loaded with salt, sugar, flour, conservatives, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors and other exotic poisonous tasty ingredients. And all these are slowly killing you. They are robbing you slowly and certainly of you life energy, health and attractiveness. And bald and attractive man can not afford that. The message is pretty clear. Stay away from these foods!

Protein for bald and attractive man

Protein is a building material for our bodies and muscles. And bald and attractive man needs to build some muscles! I don’t mean by building some muscles as to become one of those ugly huge bodybuilders. No, that’s not attractive. That’s obsession with getting ever bigger, no mater what. And you don’t have to be afraid to get to that level. It takes some serious effort and some scary nutritional supplements that we will stay away from. Athletic, skinny muscular body, that’s what we are shooting for here.

By muscular body that needs constant supply of healthy protein I mean athletic looking body that is lean, muscular, potentially with clearly visible six-pack abs, that actually looks kind of skinny.

Simple example: I am 6’3″ and I weigh 189 lb and I have about 10% of fat, which makes my six-pack abs clearly visible. That’s skinny athletic body. While it is not important to be tall, we cannot control that, it is important to be athletic, skinny and muscular to become bald and attractive man. So if you are 5’4″ and weigh 125 pounds on skinny muscular body with visible six-pack abs, that’s attractive athletic bald man body.

And you have to feed these muscles. Your muscles are constantly rebuilding and they need protein for this rebuilding process. And you are going to supply it. First rule is to eat abut 0.7 grams of protein per pound of your body weight. This is not that important, that you have to count it everyday with a calculator and obsess about it. If you just get it approximately right, that will be fine. Than, the second rule is to spread this protein intake throughout the day. You should eat some protein with every meal.

For example for me, being 189 lb. heavy, I will need to consume approximately 132 grams of protein per day. And I am going to try to spread it throughout the day. Each meal will contain some protein. Again, you don’t have to stress too much about this. Just try to get it right. Even if you eat all your protein in one meal occasionally, you will be fine.

If you eat 3 large meals per day and 2 small snacks between, than you should add some protein to each of them. It will look something like this:

Breakfast – 3 egg omelet with vegetables and mushrooms – 18 grams of protein

Snack – 2 apples with 3 spoons of almond butter – 20 grams of protein

Lunch – grilled chicken breast salad – 30 grams of protein

Snack – raw tofu and some pear with it – 35 grams of protein

Dinner – grilled salmon and asparagus – 35 grams of protein

That’s 137 grams of protein spread throughout the day. Lets count it again. 187 pound lean bald attractive man who strength trains regularly to promote maintenance of strong muscles and some growth of it, needs about 130 grams of protein per day – 187 x 0.7 = 130.9 grams.

This kind of eating planed day would be perfect for him, even if he consumes little bit more or little bit less of protein in his day. Like I said. You don’t need to obsess about your protein intake. As long as you eat some of it with every meal, you will reach your optimal daily level.

Protein besides it’s muscle building properties has one other huge benefit in our health. When eaten with carbohydrates, in our example very healthy carbohydrates like vegetables, greens, mushrooms, it slows their entry to the blood stream even further. With that, it prevents insulin spikes in our blood, protecting our body from inflammation that these spikes cause in our arteries and whole bodies. It is a clearly bald and attractive man seeking benefit. And that’s because inflammation causes premature aging, fat stores and is responsible for many scary diseases.

Fat for bald and attractive man

There are some incredible health advantages of eating fat in our diet. I am going to blow you away with this statement – more fat in your diet is healthier than less fat. Let explain that to you. Fat has 2 incredible benefits in our diet. Of course it’s a source of energy. But, in this modern world that’s more disadvantage than advantage. So the other 2 benefits of fat are.

First, as with protein, it slows down the sugar, carbohydrate entry to our blood stream after we eat a meal. It’s slowing sugar entry nature is even bigger that the one of protein. Second, and it correlates with the first one. It’s satiety effect makes us actually eat less and consume less calories over the day.

If you add some fat to each meal you eat, each of that meal will keep you satisfied longer. Your blood sugar level will be stable for long time – up to 5-6 hours. So basically, while you have’n eaten for 4 hours yet, you are energized, you are not hungry and you feel great. And you are less likely to reach for some crappy snack. That’s what fat does.

Stay away from frozen yogurt

One of the biggest health scams out there in real world is a frozen yogurt. It’s advertised as a healthy food. Healthy junk food, better said. It’s marketing message is, that it’s fat free. And misinformed fat scared public buys it in masses! Frozen yogurt is loaded with sugar and it doesn’t have any sugar entry slowing fat in it. I doubt it has any protein too. Which makes frozen yogurt one of the worst things you can actually eat. And general public considers it a healthy food. They think, they found a way to hack the system. But, their body’s suffer with inflammation, causing them sick and prematurely getting old. It would be way healthier if you reached for regular whole fat ice cream instead of frozen yogurt.

Don’t be afraid of fat! Increase fat in your diet. And stay away from fat free processed foods. They are terrible for your health.

Butter and all saturated fats – preferably grass fed
Coconut oil
Coconut butter and milk
Olive oil
All nuts raw
Almonds
Macadamia nuts
Avocados
Cashews
Peanuts

Healthy diet is crucially important for bald and attractive man. Diet can make you very healthy, good looking and full of energy. It can actually make you look attractive without even doing anything else. And many people can’t define why.

The healthy balanced levels of your hormones in your body create certain kind of magnet that you become. And diet can keep this hormonal balance in perfect order. Don’t underestimate the effects of perfect diet and its benefits. Learn it, apply it, stick with it, and you will become bald and seriously attractive man.

How to become bald attractive man – fuel for bald attractive man

Bald and attractive men eat healthy diet. It is actually pretty visible, not only on your gut but also on your face, on the way you behave, on your energy levels, what you eat. Eating perfect diet is crucial for bald and attractive man. Without it you will not become bald and attractive. You can not work yourself out of a bad diet. I don’t care how much time you spend in the gym. Diet is at least 80% of your success, if not more.

I have been very fit for the whole my life. Being muscular and lean was something I would consider as a normal to me. But it wasn’t until I changed my diet, that I really felt what the real health, energy and good looks look like and feel like.

Bald and attractive man has lots of energy

When I changed my diet, cut the processed foods, cut the bad carbohydrates and started eating plain natural foods, my energy skyrocketed. Suddenly I could do more. I am almost never tired. I force myself to go to bed, so I can get enough of beauty sleep :), even though I could keep going and do stuff all night long. I feel fantastic for the most part of the day. Often I intimidate people with my tirelessness. It’s quite a powerful think to have. It makes you more attractive. Who wants to hang out with those that are always tired?

Great diet can make your energy go up exponentially. And having a lot of energy makes you fun to be around. You are never complaining, that you are tired – big no for attractive bald man. I hate when people tell me they are tired. And it happens all the time. You ask somebody how he is doing and he immediately answers: I am tired. What the f6@{!ng turn of that is!

And diet, the crap these people eat is the main reason for them being tired. So if you want to become attractive bald man, and I know you do, take first those words: I am tired, out of your vocabulary. Don’t ever use them anymore, however tired you are. Of course it’s ok and must to go to sleep on time. Sleep is important for bald and attractive man. And this program is not about becoming the biggest party animal who can keep going for several nights without sleep.

Than improve your died. I am going to talk about it in my next article, how to do it. It’s not that complicated. Trust me. It just involves few simple principles. And than the discipline to follow through.

Take your diet very, very, very seriously

Good diet will make your body to rest more efficiently. You will sleep better. You will feel better. You will be more fun to be around. You will be happier. You will be more positive. Yes, food we eat can be a powerful drug, that can diminish all those good things in life. So take your diet very, very, very seriously.

What about pimples on your face? Yes, we all have them occasionally and they look terrible. Guess what? They are diet related. Mainly sugar in your diet related. Since I changed my diet completely, I haven been having any pimples on my face. If your face looks like the face of a teenager on a first date, full of pimples, than you need to seriously look at your diet.

Bald and attractive men know, that what they eat is a fuel for their healthy attractive bodies and not some kind of entertainment for their bored mouths. And it fuels their attractive bodies and brains to perform at their best. The purpose of this article is to convince you that your diet, the stuff you eat will make you more attractive bald man. I will talk about specific steps to follow in the way you eat in my next article.

How to become bald attractive man – cool cardio

Cardiovascular training for bald and attractive man

Bald and attractive man still does some kind of cardiovascular exercise on most of the days he doesn’t strength train. Now, you already know that you are suppose to be doing strength training 2 nonconsecutive times per week.

Strength training is way more important than cardiovascular training for bald and attractive man. Don’t let anybody convince you otherwise. They don’t know what they are talking about. They are stuck in early 80s chronic cardio times that already showed no progress at all in health and weight management. So what kind of exercise are you suppose to do on your non strength training days? The answer is:

Fun, intensive, preferably outside, preferably learning new skill cardiovascular exercise.

By learning new fun activity and getting your cardiovascular workout done outside, you are creating new nerve connections, you are loosing track of time, you are having fun and getting some natural vitamin D from sun exposure. And last but not least, you are more attractive by having fun and potentially developing a cool hobby like for example kayaking.

Common, do those men on treadmills or ellipticals seem like they are having fun to you? Hell no! They are suffering there because somebody told them, that they have to. Let them suffer there with their lack of imagination. You are different now! You are future bald and attractive man. Cardiovascular equipment should not exist in your world.

Cool, fun, healthy, brain developing cardio

What does this mean? I will give you an example what my cardiovascular exercise looks like. Since I do my strength training workouts on Wednesdays and Sundays, the rest of my days look like this: Monday’s and Fridays I usually play competitive tennis. Saturday’s and sometimes Wednesday’s I surf. Tuesdays I rollerblade or ice skate. And sometimes I play soccer on Fridays, windsurf on Saturday’s and so on. And occasionally I just run sprints on the beach, bike in the hills or swim in SF bay.

They are all intensive and they are all fun activities. I am learning new skill while doing them and they are all done outside. And preferably I have my shirt off while doing them to get as much sun exposure as I can (be careful with this. I will talk more about healthy sun exposure later).

Let’s break it down little bit. I can get an incredible workout playing tennis, soccer, skating, bicycling, swimming or surfing. But I developed already a certain proficiency in these sports, so I can really push myself. If you haven’t played tennis in your life, or surfed, or skated, don’t despair. Start learning those skills in some way right now.

I would pick another fun activity that you would like to master, like for example beach volleyball or water polo. Just don’t pick billiard or pool playing as your cardiovascular fun activity. That’s not what I mean. Those are great socializing activities, but they won’t do much good to improve your overall cardiovascular health and performance.

Have fun but hustle for certain period of time

If I started learning how to play tennis now, I would find a wall and start hitting the wall for an hour, several times per week. You can build an incredible eye-hand coordination skills doing this. And when you start hitting that wall hard, and you start running after the escaping ball, you will get a great cardiovascular exercise.

The goal here is to keep hitting, not stopping for conversations and keeping it intensive. And after a little while, show up at your neighborhood tennis courts and find a partner to play more. You never know, it might be that hottest girl from your apartment building πŸ™‚ That’s actually exactly the same way I met my now wife. She was the hottest girl I new and I happened to be that attractive bald guy for her. We started playing tennis together. Happy end!

Same with surfing. When I started learning sport of surfing, I found an easy spot where I paddled out and instead of sitting on the board and waiting for a wave I would paddle up and down looking for waves. That’s the way to use surfing as a fun cardiovascular activity. Don’t just go there and wait for the wave. Look for it! You have to hustle there. Your heart rate will stay elevated, you will get better workout and your surfing skill will improve faster. This applies to every fun cardiovascular activity. Be active, don’t just stand there. Hustle for certain period of time. It’s required to do for bald and attractive man.

Of course now, when I already mastered the basics, I paddle out to San Francisco Ocean Beach, where the waves are much bigger. I don’t need to paddle left and right anymore. I simply catch the wave and paddle back.

Doing this for 2 hours is an incredible, intensive cardiovascular activity. And I don’t even realize how time passes by. Two hours later I am getting out of the water pleasantly tired, with great cardiovascular exercise under my belt, I improved my skill, I got some sun, smiled at few good looking girls sunbathing on the beach, life is good! And I don’t have to hit some stinky, dusty gym in the evening or feel the pressure, that I haven’t done any cardiovascular exercise that day.

Cardiovascular fitness and health is a part of every bald and attractive man to do list. So, find a way to get it done. Without it you won’t become fully attractive bald man. But remember to have fun with it! Seeing somebody doing something supporting their health while having fun with it is very, very attractive.

How to be bald attractive man – intensity for bald attractive man

Intensity makes you attractive

I hope, that by now, you understand that you need to strength train to become attractive bald man. And what days you should do your strength training.

Now let’s talk about intensity for a little while. Are you one of those people who go to the gym regularly and you are not missing your workouts? But somehow, you can’t see results on your body? Than, the problem is certainly in the intensity of your strength training. And it’s a big problem. It is a biggest mistake potentially attractive bald men do in gyms. Not pushing themselves hard enough.

Yes, I repeat. It’s so important. The number one mistake, people and unattractive bald men do in the gyms lifting weights is actually that they are not lifting enough weight. Those, who are just starting shouldn’t be lifting very heavy weight. They need to progress slowly. But those of you aspiring bald and attractive men, who go religiously to the gym and are very consistent at you strength training, what are you afraid of?

Bring that weight up and progress slowly, but consistently and intensively. Over time, you are going to see the difference on your body. And if you want to become bald and attractive man, the body matters. And it matters a lot. Yes, I know, mental values are important in being attractive bald man, but beautiful load of mental values and intelligence without fit body is not attractive. I repeat: physical fitness matters a lot in overall attractiveness! Period!

Workout plan

Here are a good plans to start with. This one is for beginners and it’s done on strength training machines. The other one is for intermediate exercisers. Both of these plans work all the major muscle parts in the body. They are great way to kick start your strength training routine. All you need to do is to dive in.

If you are advanced exerciser, here are few plans to bring your fitness level to the whole new level:

Highly functional workout somewhere just behind your house

Highly intensive pull/chin up workout (my all time favorite!)

Sets and intensity

Always, before you start your lifting session, warm up and do few simple stretches. 5-10 minutes will get you ready.

Stick with 3 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions, especially beginner lifters. Later, when you get more confident about your strength training abilities, you can decrease the amount of repetitions and increase the weight. Also increase the amount of sets to 5.

How heavy should the weight be? It will depend on what set you are performing. For the optimal developing intensity:

Start first set with the weight which you can comfortably finish 20 repetitions with. The load should still be challenging. So you will not be lifting some meaningless light weight. Let’s say its going to be 55 pounds for shoulder press.

In second set add 5-10 pounds. Now, you should still be able to finish 20 repetitions, but it will be hard. You will barely finish them. If you can easily finish them in second set, you need to increase the weight in first set too. For example, instead of starting with 55 pounds, you start with 65 pounds in first set and you bring it up to 70-75 pounds in second.

If this is not working very well and you don’t have a good judgment right in the beginning, don’t despair. You are just starting. Relax! It’s a process. You are learning. Important thing is, that you started. Give it some time and don’t stress too much about it. Your moment will come. Just stick with it and be open to learning. Nothing valuable happens overnight.

In third set, bring the load you are lifting another 5-10 pounds higher. Here, ideally you should fail somewhere between 15-20 Repetition. Let’s say, the weight now in third set is 85 pounds and you finnish 17 Repetitions and you can’t lift the weight anymore. You judged the load right and the workout will have a great effect. Write down the loads in each set for each exercise or remember it. This will be changing over time, because you will be getting stronger.

When can you progress to less repetitions and more weight and more sets?

When you get very consistent and you keep showing up for your weight lifting sessions without missing any and you feel good and confident about your strength, you can start lowering the repetitions, increasing the load and increasing the amount of sets.

It will look like this: 5 sets 12-15 Repetitions. First 2 sets will be kind of warm up sets, like in the first case when you do only 3 sets. Remember here, that the weight still needs to be challenging, but you will be able to finish 15 repetitions. Set 2 will be heavier and harder and you will be still able to finish 15R. In sets 3, 4 and 5 you will be failing between 12 – 15R. You can make the load in 4th and 5th set heavier than in 3rd sets allowing you to finish less repetitions but lifting heavier weight.

Strength training for beginner future attractive bald men

When you are an beginner at weight lifting, it is critical to start slowly. You don’t want to injure yourself. That will slow your bald and beautification process substantially down. You have to stick to the 3 sets 20 repetition rule discussed before.

The reason for 20 repetitions is, that when you perform more repetitions, you will tyre the muscle with less weight. The effect for the muscle is almost the same as with lifting heavier weight, but the probability of injury is almost 0. It is a very safe way to strength train. I use this technique in most of my training sessions and I never had a client develop injury lifting this way.

So, you already know, that you are supposed to start slowly. You are suppose to be consistent and develop the feel for intensity. What else should you know? Don’t give up. You will hit the road blocks. You will feel like you are wasting your time. Trust me, you are not wasting your time. Strength training is actually one of the best time used in your life. The benefits are incredible. You simply can’t afford to not do it. Realize, that you are doing something really great for your body and stick with it no matter what.

Don’t stop learning

Strength training for bald and attractive man is a constant learning process. Keep learning. Keep studying about weight training. Talk to trainers and fit people in gyms. They all have something important to share with you. After all, they are fit, they must know how they achieved it. They all have something unique in their plans, that you can try.

Just remember: it’s like with everything in life. You have to keep learning constantly. I have been working in fitness industry for 20 years now, I train people and I would like to think that I know everything about getting in the great shape. But I still keep learning and I still find new ideas and strategies how to become even fitter. And we are all different too. We react to different impulses differently. And it’s not any different with strength training. So let your body become your own learning and experimenting lab.

Intensive, consistent strength training must become the core of your exercise routine. It is way, way, way more important than cardiovascular exercise. You don’t believe me? Just look at the countless people spinning the cardio wheels in gyms not seeing any results. I call these people chronic, unfit cardio hamsters spinning on their wheels staring into a TV screen or one spot on the wall and thinking they are doing a big favor to their hearts. They are stuck in 80ies propaganda of cardiovascular exercise and it is not going to serve them well if they don’t change this wrong assumption.

Cardiovascular exercise will be still a part of your becoming bald and attractive man process. But it will be different kind of cardio. It will be cool cardio. More about that in next article of how to become bald and attractive man.

How to become bald attractive man – get in perfect shape

You are potentially very attractive bald man

This post about how to be bald attractive man is originally published on my personal website. But after getting a lot of positive feedback about it, I decided to create new website that I fully dedicate to this topic.

I visited a party of a very attractive friend of mine recently. Somewhere in the middle of the party this beautiful girl came to me and said to me: listen Milan, you look seriously hot! You are incredibly fit! You simply seem very hot. I was blown away by this. I repeat, I am not trying to brag about this. I am not a womanizer. I am happily married and I don’t have need to attract hot women anymore. I am just trying to prove my point, that this things happen to men that are bald. And yes, I am bald and attractive man! And they can be happening to you too if you are willing to put some (a lot) of work to it.

I didn’t particularly feel hot. I don’t even think I am attractive, yet the most attractive girl on the party, where there are many more fit good looking men tells me, I am hot. I thanked her and seriously felt pretty good the whole day about it. Again, I don’t think about myself, that I am hot or attractive or handsome. And you shouldn’t too. That’s part of being attractive. That you are not self centered and full of yourself. But, yes, these things happen to bald men. And you are the next attractive bald men out there. Yes it takes some work. I won’t lie to you. So let’s talk about that work now.

Perfect shape and bald head = perfect combination

Are you bald? And you want to be attractive? Get insanely fit! Yes, however shallow it might sound, physical appearance, strength, lean muscular body matters in being attractive. And it matters a lot!

If you are bald and want to be attractive, get on top of your physical fitness fast. Bald and very fit men are very attractive. Plus, with great fitness come many more advantages than just being attractive. You will become healthier, you will have more energy, your sex life will improve, you will be able to prevent many kinds of scary diseases and you’ll become more relaxed and happier in your life. Those are all pretty attractive things to have.

Are you sold on becoming insanely fit? I hope you are, because there is no way around it. If you want to become bald and attractive man, physical fitness maters a lot! Don’t forget that, ever.

Strength training

Let me state this right in the beginning. You will have to learn how to strength train. Never held a dumbbell in your hand? That’s ok. Time to start. It’s never too late and it will make a huge difference in your overall fitness and attractiveness.

Pick up couple of books on weight training and start learning. Or just get on my simple program of how to achieve six pack abs.

I don’t think it is very difficult, but I have been strength training my whole life. You don’t need to be strength training your whole life to become fit, but you need to learn how to do it. You can actually get fit quite fast.

In 4 to 6 months you can see serious results. Anyway, realize, that getting nice and muscular body takes some time and learning. So hire a personal trainer for few sessions to design you a plan and explain the strength training technique, or just start doing it slowly. But never stop learning. Read fitness magazines, fitness blogs and books and learn. But don’t forget to act on your growing knowledge. Action is everything and action starts now, not tomorrow.

A core of my physical fitness in my world and it should be in yours is strength training. No, it is not cardiovascular exercise, like most people will tell you. While cardiovascular exercise has it’s place in overall fitness, strength training is way more important. And I will explain why in a little while. Strength training has far bigger impact on our lean muscular bodies than cardiovascular exercise. To become bald and attractive man, you have to get used to regular strength training exercise. Period!

You don’t need to become an expert right away. And if you are a beginner, you need to start slowly. Very slowly to prevent injuries. Injury can really slow you down on the road to becoming bald and attractive man. You need to prevent them at all costs.

If you are already familiar with strength training and you have been doing it for a while, great! You are either already pretty fit or you don’t seem to be getting results you want from it. Don’t despair. I will explain how to get the most out of your strength training.

And maybe you are a beginner, who is just starting with strength training. In that case, congratulation! You just discovered the holly grail of perfect health and shape. Of course only if your diet is in good shape as well.

So, for those who know the basics and more than that about strength training, start becoming very consistent at your workouts. By consistent I mean, you will keep showing up no matter what to your strength training sessions. if you know that you are not that great at it, hire a personal trainer or figure out how to become consistent. You will not get in great shape without being consistent.

Do strength training 2 nonconsecutive times per week and exercise all muscle parts.

Yes, you just need 2 days for strength training. Why two days? I wrote about it in my previous articles, but basically you need to train each muscle part 2 days per week to maintain progress. But, you also need enough time to let your muscles recover. That’s why combination of these days to do strength training is the best:

Mondays and Thursdays

Tuesdays and Fridays

Wednesdays and Saturdays

Sundays and Wednesdays

Pick your days and get going. Why combination of these days is the best? You need at least 2 days for your trained muscle to recover, but not more than 3 days between. Your muscles need another workout no more than 3 days after the last one. Otherwise they start getting weaker. And later the other workout comes, the more sore you’ll become.

Also, when you apply 2 strength training workouts in two consecutive days like for example Monday and Tuesday or Saturday and Sunday, your muscle won’t have time to recover and than you won’t use them for next 5 days. That’s the wrong way of scheduling your strength training in your week.

My strength training workout days are on Wednesdays and Saturdays. And it works beautifully. My strength is still increasing and I don’t have to be afraid to push myself very hard. And that brigs us to another important factor for the success in your strength training program – intensity

Bald attractive man like intensity

We will talk more about intensity in next how to become bald and attractive man article. But to become bald and attractive man, you need to do not only strength training, you need to do intensive strength training. Everything you do needs to be done with certain intensity. That’s the holly grail together with consistency of succeeding at anything and everything. Including strength training progress.

These few following articles are for those bald man out there who think that because of their baldness, they can’t become attractive. If you think this is truth, you are wrong! You can actually become very attractive if you really want to.

I originally developed this program – How to be bald attractive man with six pack abs on my main site. But it got so popular that I decided to devote the whole website to bald attraction, because I strongly believe bald men can become the most attractive men in the world. But many of them just suffer by being bald. It’s time to get over your baldness and see it as advantage.

Are you a bald man? Does it bother you? Can you still be attractive when bald?

For some reason many bald men don’t think, that they still can be very attractive if bald. This bothers me greatly. And that’s why i decided to write on this topic just a little bit. Bald men get depressed. They get overly concerned about their looks. Their self-confidence drops and their life’s are consumed by what ifs. How would it be if I only had a hair. Would people find me more attractive? Yes they would! They tell themselves and since, there is nothing to do to change their bald heads, they suffer. But they suffer for no reason.

Let me just give you a little hint in here in the beginning. It’s time to change this wrongful thinking. Why? People can smell it from miles away, that you suffer by being bold. That you hate that about yourself. And, that’s my bald fellow sufferer, the most unattractive think you possess. No, it is not the baldness, it is your attitude toward that baldness. Stop that right now! Walk straight, be confident, stop caring about your bald head! Seriously, stop it now! It’s beating you to the ground and you are doing it to yourself. It’s time to think differently and become confident about your bald head.

You are an attractive bald man

Countless studies show, that baldness is not in the way to be attractive. Hey, the most attractive men in the world are bald! Kelly Slater for example. And yes I am a surfer too. The pro surfer maybe doesn’t seem attractive to you, but he dated some of the most attractive women in the world. Does it bother him, that he is bald? Not at all! He will tell you too that, what makes bald man unattractive is actually the fact that it bothers them, that they are bald.

I can confirm that. I talked to many very attractive women and men and I asked them if baldness is unattractive to them. They said: not at all. And what they also said, and I am going to skip little ahead here, is that the most unattractive think on bald men is their big gut, low self confidence and harry back.

Well I can imagine every man, not only bald men being pretty unattractive possessing the combination of those three. But it doesn’t have anything to do with your bald head. People don’t even see it. Yes, they see your gut and they will certainly judge you for it, but they don’t mind your nicely cut down bald cute head.

You can always shave your back, get in the perfect shape, improve self confidence and with few other steps we will talk about later become irresistibly attractive!

My personal story

I shared this story on a front page of this website. So if you already read this, go ahead and skip this part. Or, if you enjoyed it, go ahead and read it again.

I noticed my hair starting thinning when I was 21 years old. By the time I was 25, I was completely bald. To tell you the truth, it did bother me for a while, since it just seemed kind of too early to be bald. And I would suffer by it. I would stare into the mirror and I would hate my bald head. Than shortly after, some very turbulent times in my life started.

I loosed a family member, came back from America to finish college. I didn’t really have a place to stay and in order to finish my school and survive, I had to put things in proper perspective. Let’s just say, that life wasn’t an easy walk in the park for me that time. I stopped overnight stressing about my bald head. There wasn’t simply a time to think about it. I cut it short and forgot about it over night. I was busy just surviving. I didn’t even have time to look in the mirror at all. And I had a lot of them in my apartment.

It actually makes wanders when you have to deal with many different, often unpleasant things in your life. You stop carrying about your bald head and start carrying about more pressing, more important things. You have to act, finish, move, take care of things. One after another and they keep coming. Crisis after crisis.

At this time I was becoming increasingly confident seeing what I can actually handle. I think this was the base of my overall self confidence increase over time. At this time I went little overboard with my confidence, absolutely loosing a respect for authority that got me in few troubles in school and on the road with couple police officers. Of course with happy ending:)

This period of my life made me totally forget, that I am actually bald. And it also taught me important lesson. If you don’t want things to completely fold and fall on your head, you have to concentrate your engines in the right direction. So again, I cut my little left hear very short, I wrote few mantras on one big paper. No, you don’t want to know the mantras I wrote. There were a lot of F… off, kind of things written on it. Than I got my things together, stand straight and confident and started dealing with pressing needs in sort of a cocky way. And it worked.

If everything is working in your life and things go great. You have comfortable lifestyle, plenty of time off, lots of money, everybody is beautiful and happy in it and it’s easy to stress about your baldness.

I don’t personally want you to bring your life totally out of whack to forget about your baldness and move on. Even do, it really worked for me. But let’s just say mildly, that you might be having too much time on your plate and life is probably pretty comfortable and good. Good for you! There is nothing wrong with that. We all strive for that. But, I can tell you, that little bit, or a lot of hardship can point your mind in a pretty good direction.

In this period of time, when I stopped stressing about my bald head, I started intensive exercise program to keep my body in perfect physical shape and I adjusted my diet. Subsequently my energy levels skyrocketed. With that my overall self confidence increased. I completely even forgot that I am bald. You would seriously have to remind me that I am actually a bald man. I got so fit, calm and confident, that I actually became kind of cocky, ruth, fearless and often offensive. I am not proud of this period of my life. But looking back, it was a beginning of forming my personality that I like today.

Baldness is attractive

Interestingly, I would date very attractive women at this time, that didn’t really seemed to care, that I am bald. Why was that? Was it my fitness level? Or was it my confidence? I certainly had a lot of it. Up to kind of an unhealthy levels. Maybe a short hair cut?

No, it was a combination of things, that made me realize, that even if you are bald and totally ugly in you face, you can still be a very attractive man. I had women asking me for a date and I had to turn many of them down. Isn’t that suppose to be the opposite way? I am not bragging about this. I am just trying to tell you, that I was bald, still am, I am not that great looking in my face either. So what is it, that beautiful, intelligent women and men find attractive on me and soon will on you?

I know exactly what it is. And I will be writing about it in my next chapters. Until than, you bald ugly hidden beauty, stop stressing and suffering because you are bald. There is a hope. There is actually a very big chance, you can become very, very, very attractive man. Are you ready to change your life?

It takes work to become bald and attractive

To be bald and still be very attractive takes work. Yes, you are going to have to work at it you potentially very attractive bald man. Are you willing to? I hope you are! Being bald and fat is a not very good combination. And I can tell you right now, that you won’t become attractive bald man without becoming insanely fit. Yes guys, I am sorry. We, bald men have to work very hard to become and stay attractive. But, once we accept it and do the work necessary, we can triumph even those most attractive men with bunch of hair on their heads in overall attractiveness.

I also want to point right here in the beginning, that becoming bald and attractive man is not only about fitness. It’s about combination of things I will write about. Yes overall fitness and of course six pack abs play a huge roll in it, but it takes more than that. Stay tuned and get ready to become an attractive bald man forever.
