It’s not easy to go bald! And it is very difficult to go bald at very young age. I know. I’ve been there. I was completely bald at 25 and it all started at around 21. And I also know this is not the earliest man can go bald. I received a comment on one of my videos from a young man that went bald at 14 years old. He went on with his note how unfair things are for him in this world and than he closed his note with sentence addressed to me: So shut up you motherfucker, you got it easy!

I am sorry for my French here, but that’s exactly what he said. And I understand. It is very tough to go bald that early. But what my fellow young bald man doesn’t understand is, that I am one of many bald men out there that went bald young. And I am here to help. I believe I have the answers for even the youngest bald guys out there searching for healthiest hair loss solution for men.

I strongly believe that, the healthiest hair loss solution for men lies in a work bald man has to do in order to become Attractive Successful Bald Man.

Interesting people are those primarily interested in other people. And it magnifies if you yourself live interesting life but are interested in other people.

It goes sort of like this:

This interesting man is interested in me! Very interesting man! Very attractive interesting bald man!

We all know about those bores and unattractive people who don’t seem to consider others and how they feel, what they do and like. I know quite a few men in my world like that. Interesting is that, they think they are something special in this world and they better be treated like that. What end up happening though is, that in spite of them being so smart, intelligent and sophisticated, they don’t realize that people don’t really care about that at all.

People care about themselves! If you can show them, you genuinely care and are interested in them, they’ll consider you being the smartest and most sophisticated guy out there, even though you might not be one at all. Guaranteed!

So yes, in spite them being so spacial and smart, they are just dumb to realize that, what is the most important and smartest thing to do is to actually being genuinely interested in other people. So how are you suppose to have fun in your life?

Simple. What do you like doing beside watching movies and going to restaurants? What activities, when you engage in you tend to lose track of time?

Let me give you few of my examples. Feel free to get inspired. But I encourage you to find your own ones. We are all different and like different things after all.

Surfing is my true passion! It’s the kind of activity where I seriously lose track of time. And I have incredible fun with it too. Few of my other ones are: tennis playing, soccer playing, beach volleyball. I am learning and struggling and having a lot of fun playing guitar. And I love ping pong and having few drinks while playing it πŸ™‚

Recently I developed a new hobby. I collect old Czechoslovakian (the country I grew up in) memorabilia? Things like stamps, pictures, old communist bank notes. Yes Mr. Lenin included. He was a big star when I was a young kid.

I truly love it! But I don’t recommend it. It’s quite an expensive one and I am lucky my wife still haven found out about it πŸ™‚ It will be a drama when she will! Hey I don’t have a mistress. It’s just an expensive hobby!

The most important thing is, I truly love to engage in these activities. And I want the same for you Attractive Successful Bald Man on mission! Develop and engage in your true passions. You’ll have a lot of fun doing it. And others will find you very attractive with it. I repeat. Seeing somebody engaging in an activity where he has a lot of fun, is very attractive.

Dream big

Dream big! Life is short! And also, you’ll become bigger more interesting person. So what if you fail 10 times as much as the other guy? You have a growth mindset and every failure is just a next stepping stone on your way to success.

Boldness means action. It means an action in fast confident matter. And like I said before, it can transform your life. But for that to happen, you need to adopt an action mindset.

Yogi Berra said it right:

There is only do or do not, there is no try.

Adopting action mindset changed my life completely. I used to be the guy who always knew what he wants. But I couldn’t get myself to make a right decision about this and that. I was paralyzed by fear of making a wrong decision. But few years down the road simple quote change my mind to adopt action mindset. It is from J.W. Goethe and it says:

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it!

And since then, I live my entire life by that quote.

One simple example are my videos you see on my youtube channel and this website. I told myself that I will never redo them. I come up with the name of the video, write it down, look at it for 30 seconds and think a little. Than I turn on the camera and I make a video. Whatever comes out of it is it! I post it. I never redo my videos. Do I wish I did them better, or say something else sometimes? Of course I do. But the deal is a deal and I am not going to brake it with myself. Whatever is recorded the first time is posted. Period!

That is a simple example of boldness. Yes it is little scary and I am afraid that I am going to make mistakes. And I do. But majority of it turns just fine. And the result of it is all the videos I produced.

Part of being healthy attractive successful bald man is to not be pale like a wall in your living room. Long time ago, us human beings used to hang out a lot outside. And nice, heathy, dark skin color came automatically with it. But now, we for the most part hang out indoors and we don’t get enough sun exposure.

Part of healthiest hair loss solution for men is to get some smart unprotected sun exposure almost every day. With that, you going bald or already bald man are going to look much better, you’ll get some natural dose of health promoting vitamin D. And you’ll feel more confident with that too. You will become more attractive man. Guaranteed!

Smart sun exposure for attractive bald men

Now by applying smart sun exposure daily on your body and head I mean not abusing it. Smart unprotected sun exposure requires intelligent slow action. Don’t try to be bold here and get burned.

Yes sun can be dangerous. It’s like fire. We need a little bit of it, but it can also become dangerous if we get too much of it.

No tanning studios!

Now, I am all for nice tan skin. But only if achieved naturally by real sun. I don’t recommend to anybody using tanning studios. Go natural or stay pale. But why wouldn’t you go natural?

How to get some sun exposure every day

Simple answer to that question is to just hang out more outdoors. But I will go little further and will recommend to you, to really seek the sunshine. I do! Everyday!

For example, often when I have a lunch brake, I don’t seat on the comfortable bench in the shade somewhere. I look for the sunniest spot and I take my shirt of for 20 min or so. I actually do it much longer than 20 minutes. But like I said before, I don’t want you to start exposing your skin to the sun too much in the beginning. Just a little bit every day please! Be smart about it!

Over time, your skin will get darker and you can spend more time on the direct sun without harm.

Another great way to get some unprotected sun exposure daily is to take of your shirt doing any interesting outdoors activity for some time. And than just put it back on after some scheduled time. I do that very often while playing tennis. Even though the tennis court rules don’t allow it πŸ™‚ Braking some rules like this is permitted! You should brake some too. Nobody really minds seeing your fit body while having fun. They want to see it!

Always somewhere in the back of your mind, you should have a goal of daily spending some time on the sun. Of course only when sun is out. I live now in California and sun is plentiful year around. But I still remember the long gloomy no sun months in Eastern Europe, where I grew up. When sun came out in the winter months, we all ran out and enjoyed it. Do the same!

Sun in winter months is much weaker. Actually it all depends where you live. Like for example in Brazil, sun is weaker in the summer.

If you live in US or Europe, you can hang out a long long time, several hours on the sun without protection and not get burned in winter months. Summer of course is a completely different story.

Anyway, I just wanted you to use every opportunity you get, to expose your unprotected skin to sunshine especially in winter months. And I know you already know that. Now make it happen Attractive Successful Bald Man in making!

And part of becoming an attractive successful bald man is to have some style. It really is important how you dress. And it can really make a huge difference on your overall attractive, successful life.

The sloppy majority

What happens when you look like a majority? Yes that’s right, nobody notices you. And guess what majority of men do about their style and what they put on themselves? Exactly nothing!

And not only you are going to look Immediately better than majority of men do, it also creates an incredible opportunity to stand out! Dressing well and having some style is very rare these days for men. But I know, that you’re not the sloppy majority out there my fellow bald man on a search for healthiest hair loss solution.

You have to be special in something or better many things! And it is quite achievable.

I know. I know, you see me most of the time in my videos wearing athletic clothes. And that looks like I don’t have a style at all. But I try to dress for every occasion. And while I train people, yes I am a trainer, I don’t wear my shirts and boots. And I found that while I am in a training mode, I feel the most motivated and inspired to do my videos for successful attractive bald men in making. Hence the athletic outfit.

Anyway I know, you know what I mean by style. And it doesn’t have to be expensive. Just stop wearing those same old clothes you alway do and get some fresh stuff.

Have style

Having style doesn’t have to be hard. You can develop your own style. Or just copy it from somebody. Check some men fashion magazines, look for some ideas and you’re on the go!

I believe in simple style. Jeans, tighter white, or black shirts, some stylish jackets, some rock and roll boots and so on. But feel free to experiment a litte.

Having style shouldn’t be hard and expensive. You can only buy stuff that are on sale and or are inexpensive and develop your own style. The key here is to make your environment realize that you care about your style.

You’re not a sloppy Joe who doesn’t give a shit. You’re special. You’re an attractive successful bald man on a mission. And you care how you look! That’s rare these days especially between men.

Dress for every occasion

Dressing for ever occasion means for every occasion. Even if you work on the roof of the house or you’re doing some gardening. Gym clothes included. This is very important!

If they say having a white leather expensive sofa with a foot marks of your shoes is style, and I agree it is, than there is no point to dress badly to do dirty work. That’s actually the highest form of style.

You know those people who buy an expensive piece of furniture, ok let’s take our example of sofa. And than nobody can sit on it because it could be damaged. That’s not style. That’s making your life more miserable.

Same with clothes. You’re way better buying something less expensive and wearing it without being afraid of it getting damaged and dirty, than buying supper stylish expensive clothes and not wearing them because you’re afraid they’ll get damaged.

Break some rules

Attractive bald man in making, be little adventurous in your dressing! Brake some rules! Make people cringe on the street. It’s a great publicity. It makes you more interesting and mysterious. Don’t buy into a common dressing code for everyday use. Brake the rules!

I once dressed my tennis shorts with my suite, shirt and tie for a black tie event. People were blown away by it. A lot of them didn’t want to have anything together with me. But a lot of them had fun! Those, exactly those people I care about! People with at least a little bit of sense of humor.

I don’t care about those appropriate drones. They should lighten up a little and not take themselves so seriously.

The most important thing for me that evening was that, I left the party with a most attractive girl in the party that night. Yes, attractive women are attracted to men who are not afraid of braking the rules. Even the big ones where everybody is watching. That sends a message that, you’re brave and not afraid to stir some wild water. And why not? Life is way too short to not have some fun adventures.

And ultimately stand out

With all this style stuff and you taking it seriously, you’re going to ultimately stand out from the crowds. And you’re going to differentiate yourself from the grey masses. And that’s fantastic! That’s your opportunity to shine and be different. What would life be without that?

It might all sound trivial when I say become a gentleman, but I can tell you how it really changed my overall life. In what way? In a way of getting an incredible attractive feedback.

Us, mostly young bald men often think, that people, beautiful women and girls included don’t find us attractive because we are bald. So we look for a solution that will bring us our hair back.

We try very hard!

We research and try to fight the baldness.

While there is nothing wrong with fighting baldness, we all did it at some point of our life’s. Yes me included.

It makes you a good person and will really benefit you in life.

I will add to that my few words:

Gentleman is willing to be uncomfortable for the comfort of others.

I mentioned only being fat in the video above to be an unfit state of being. But there is more. You can also be too skinny. Or you can be one of those guys that are skinny fat. You know those guys who can eat whatever they want and not move much, but they stay skinny looking. These are all examples of unfit men.

No, not like those guys from body building magazines. That’s not what we are shooting for here. That’s too much and it looks unattractive.

Yes, yes, some cardio is important too. But not as much and not the kind you might think it is.

Cardiovascular exercise should be fun! No treadmills, no elliptical trainers, stair masters and so on. Well you can do them, if they bring you a joy. But I doubt that!

I consider cardiovascular session on one of those hamster wheels as a lost opportunity to have some fun. That’s why all my cardiovascular exercise is playing games like tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, surfing, mountain biking, rollerblading – with a hockey stick in my hand and so on.

And I have a lot of fun doing these activities, plus off course I get a great cardiovascular exercise.

I mentioned how important is in bald mans life to have fun in your day for overall health, confidence and attractiveness.

You need to have some serious fun everyday! Your sanity depends on it!

If you see a person having fun, you find him or her immediately more attractive! Plus it’s primal for us to play games, loosing a track of time and learning new skill.

It’s great for our brains! Games, sport activities outside make you more intelligent.

And last but not least, it’s making you an interesting bald man.

Fun skill cardiovascular activities have intervals incorporated by nature in them. And interval training is the new way of cardiovascular exercise. It’s the most effective way.

I can go on and on about fun skillful preferably outdoors cardiovascular activity and it’s benefits for attractive successful bald man. But the bottom line is, that it’s available to you when you’re available to it. So use it to your advantage. And get fitter, better looking and healthier at the same time.

Now, the core of your fitness!

Regular, consistent strength training.

I am mostly thankful for my athletic muscular body with six pack abs to a regular, intensive strength training. And I want you my fellow bald most likely very young man to utilize this tool too.

Don’t be scared!

Don’t get overwhelmed if you’re just a beginner.

The key is to start. Today!

And than, just keep moving forward. And don’t quit!

Here is your plan of attack for athletic muscular lean body:

No gym membership necessary

The most effective and accessible strength training exercises are those, where you use your own body weight as a resistance. And for that, you don’t need a gym membership my soon to be very fit and attractive bald friend.

I swear by doing these exercises. All you need is few tools close to you – at home or at work. And than just doing these exercises regularly and intensively.

There are 4 main exercises. I call them the best exercises in the world. And trust me. They are!

With some additional exercises added to your perfect body sculpting routine later on, you can keep your muscular athletic six pack abs shape for life.

Pull ups

Don’t get scared right a way here.

I know, pull ups are a hard exercise to perform. But we are not here to perform them right away. If you are able to do at least 1 pull up, great!

Start doing them right now!

But if you are a beginner and you can’t do a pull up, that’s fine too. We are going to really use the growth mind set here. Actually, you should use a growth mindset in everything. Becoming bald fit attractive man included.

Everybody has to start somewhere!

And starting slowly, but starting is key!

Go to your local sport shop and buy home pull up bar and mount it on the doorframe, garage or somewhere in your garden. It doesn’t matter. Just get one.

Now, if you can do pull up just keep trying as many as you can for 3-5 sets.

If you can’t do a pull up, you should do modified pull ups until you build enough strength, so you can do real pull ups.

Modified pull ups:

You need a pull up bar for this too. So, go and get one from local sports store too. Mount it. Now, when it is time to do pull ups, come to the pull up bar and bring a chair with you.

Put the chair under the pull up bar and step on it. Grab the bar little wider than shoulders apart, get all the way up and step off the chair. Now, try to hold on in in this pull up position as long as you can. When you can’t anymore get back down on the chair. Take a 2 minute brake and repeat.

Over time you will build strength and you’ll be able to perform regular pull ups.
Stick with it and improve over time.

Second version of modified pull ups:

Come to the bar and grab it slightly wider than shoulders apart. Now jump up to the pull up position and hold 10 seconds. Than get down and repeat as many times as you can. This version is for little bit more adventurous beginners. And it works.

Over time you’ll build strength doing these modified pull ups. And soon, you’ll be doing the real ones too. The key here, like with everything else valuable in life, is to stick with it. Don’t get too hard on yourself. Give yourself plenty of time!

And, I know, you will.

Becoming more attractive to other people is big motivational factor. I am known saying: Just become more attractive and don’t care about health! Why? People, especially you young guns don’t care about health when they are healthy. People want to be attractive to other people. That’s what everybody cares about.

And guess what? The incredible health follows!

Push ups

I am certain, that you’ve done a push up in your life before. You know, what exercise I am talking about.

Now, what you probably don’t realize is, that push ups, together with pull ups are one of the most universal and beneficial exercises out there.

Push up is the number 1 exercise in Hollywood. Yes, celebrities know what is good for their looks. Or maybe it’s their trainers who make them do it. It doesn’t matter. Doing push ups works for achieving fit, strong, healthy, lean muscular athletic, attractive body.

Together with pull ups they work all the major muscle groups on your upper body, but shoulders. So, I want you to start doing push ups too future bald and very fit attractive man.

The drill is simple. Just get down on the floor and do a set of push ups. Count it. Great!

Modified push ups:

If you are not able to do a push up on your feet, put your knees down and do the modified push ups to start with. Soon, after couple of weeks, you’ll be doing the real ones. I guarantee you that.

You’ll be getting stronger and more attractive at the same time. Again, same as with pull ups. You want to apply a growth mindset here in mastering push ups.

Don’t get down on yourself for not being able to do a push up. That’s ok. You’ll be doing real push ups in no time if you don’t give up. The key is to stick with it.

In the beginning you might feel some soreness on your chest day or two after doing push ups. This is to be expected. Don’t get scared. If you persist and stick to your push up weekly plan regularly, you won’t get sore anymore.

Consistency is a key here as with everything else valuable to master.

Squat jumps

You might wander. Why squat jumps? Nobody really sees my legs anyway. And I don’t want to have big legs too.

So Why squats?

First, we don’t do squat jumps to impress other people with our athletic legs, even though that will happen eventually too.

Second, you will not get big legs from doing squat jumps.

And third, squat jumps are one of the most attractiveness building exercises.

Because of quadriceps, the major muscle on the front of your thighs, and it is the biggest muscle on your body. And squat jumps are employing these muscles very intensively. With that it increases your overall metabolism substantially.

And that burns fat, makes your heart healthy and it makes you more attractive at the same time. Simply, you can’t afford not doing squat jumps if you want to be bald attractive fit man.

Squat jumps technique:

You don’t need any equipment for doing squat jumps. Jus stand straight, lover you butt by bending your knees to 90 degrees angle, squat, and than jump up. Repeat. That’s all. Very simple, but very effective!

Shoulder press

Shoulder press is the only strength training exercise you’ll be doing that requires free weights. Go to the local sport shop, get a pair if 10 pound dumbbells if you are a beginner or get pair of 12 or 15 pound heavy ones and higher depending on your fitness level and strength.

Preferably, you can get pair of those dumbbells you can add weight on or take weight away from. You’ll be getting stronger, so heavier weight will be eventually required.

Shoulder presses are that kind of exercise that makes your shoulders nicely round and muscular.

Simply grab the dumbbells. Bring them up above your shoulders and start pressing them up over your head.

Again, stay consistent doing them and get stronger, leaner and more attractive at the same time.

Summary of your athletic muscular body strength training:

2 nonconsecutive times per week. Mondays & Thursdays or Tuesdays & Fridays are the best.

Do:

3-5 times maximum amount of pull ups
3-5 times 20 and more push ups
3 times 35 squat jumps
3 times 15 repetitions of shoulder presses

This kind of strength training routine will get you my future attractive bald fit man on the right path to fit athletic muscular attractive body.

Stay consistent with it and results will show immediately!

Also twice per week on nonconsecutive days. You’ll slowly over time graduate to this plan. But certainly don’t start with it. It’s very challenging. Make sure you do the first plan for some time and your strength and conditioning improves.

Than move on and keep challenging yourself!

Here we go, your next step for muscular athletic attractive body:

5 times maximum pull ups – preferably each set 15 and more pull ups

177 push ups with as little brakes and time as you can finish them

5 times 37 squat jumps

5 times 15 repetitions shoulder presses

Off course later on, when you master these for most part your own body weight exercises, you can start experimenting with some gym machines and other tools. It’s up to you. My rule is usually just to keep it simple. And this is as simple as it gets.

How about the rest of your days?

On days you’re not doing your strength training workout, you’re doing your fun, preferably outdoors cardiovascular activity. Remember? I briefly mentioned them in the beginning of this article.

After a while doing this supper intensive athletic strength training, you will most likely start experimenting with a different ways and techniques to keep challenging your body.

But until than, let’s take it one step at a time.

No! I don’t want to sound arrogant, because I claim I know the answer to your going bald head. But I so truly believe that I know the healthiest hair loss solution for you, that I am going to tell you about it. I truly wish, that you follow my advice. But I also understand if you don’t.

I truly from the depth of my heart believe, that this is the best and healthiest hair loss solution for a going bald man.

Why am I so convinced about it? Because it really worked beautifully in my own case.

Yes, I am a bald man. And yes, I became bald very young. And yes again, I hated it! And I hated it as much and most likely more than you do. So I understand!

But few unpleasant changes in my life threw me out of this stressing, hating, and feeling sorry for my young bald head situation. And than I embarked on a journey that would prove to be the healthiest most rewarding and successful journey for me.

A journey of a healthiest hair loss solution.

And believe it can and very likely will do the same thing to you bald man in search for answers.

I have answers for you my fellow bald man. Yes again arrogant myself strongly believes he does. And he so strongly believes in them, that he is willing to risk sounding arrogant and push it out to the balding world to see it, read it and hear it.

I always dated beautiful intelligent women in my life. And all that as a very young bald man.

I got married to one. She is beautiful, intelligent, nice. I am very lucky to have her.

It gave me a confidence bald man deserves to have. A very high confidence! And that is rare for very young bald man.

It gave me a clearer sight on the road, where I really want to be heading. No pills, no cover ups, no hair clubs. Just plain short hair cut and lots of positive hard work.

You’ll hardly find a physically and mentally fitter guy than I am.

And most important of all:

It gave me the overall feel good about myself and a sense of living my life with no regrets and up to my true potential, without waisting my time and energy finding some lame ass solution that doesn’t work anyway. And that is a rare thing to see on a bald man that hates his baldness.
