It’s 5:30 am in the morning. I feel little burned out. Maybe it’s laziness. Maybe I’m over trained. It could be any of those things. You might have a similar feelings today my fellow attractive bald man on mission.
So what do we do? What do I as an be bald attractive man making expert recommend to do? What will make you the bald man attractive? Should you take day off? Should you push through and do your workout? Is it ok to take it easy today?
This is what I’m doing and feel free to apply it to your situation too my fellow young going bald or already bald man. Actually do adopt it!!
I’m looking at myself from the top. Is your body genuinely tired? Hmmm. What kind of day did you have yesterday? Was it very active? If it was it is normal to feel tired today and it’s ok to take it easier. But my day wasn’t that active. I didn’t overdo it. It was normal. Nothing too extreme. I’m not over trained.
So it’s not the activity level. Now let’s look at my diet. It’s holidays season time and I’ve been eating lots of crap, junk food is everywhere!
That will make you feel crappy next day for sure. But this is not the reason to take it easy. Quite opposite. You need to suffer it through to realize how hard it is to perform well when your diet is bad and make less of those mistakes. And yes, I’m paying for it! And I’m learning the lesson. Don’t eat crap and you’ll feel good and strong! But today it’s suffering time! I caused it myself.
The third is the mental state. What’s my mental state today? If it’s low down it will make you feel unmotivated and sluggish. But that is not the reason to skip your workout!
And yes looking down at myself, my mental state and attitude today is down and low. I found out yesterday that my elementary teacher of many years died last week. It’s making me depressed and I’ll be carrying that feeling for some time still. Maybe few weeks. But this is not the reason to skip my workout.
The few legitimate reasons attractive bald man should skip his workout.
Bald attractive man acts on his goals and dreams aggressively. He’s not letting anything stop him in doing work necessary to be a winner! But, there are few legitimate reasons that it’s ok to skip your workouts and take it easy. Here they are:
Your body is truly tired and you need to rest. If you’re like me, driven and active all the time, you’ll be in this situation occasionally. If you had hard physical day yesterday or the whole week, take day off! You need to let the body rest! Otherwise you can injure yourself. For people like me and you, this might be hard thing to do. But you do need to force yourself into a resting day. Don’t worry! Tomorrow is another day!
There is an emergency and your loved one needs help. I don’t think this one needs any explanation. Just help the person in need. Your workout can wait.
And that’s it. There is no any other reason to skip your workout! If you want the bald to be truly attractive you take this seriously. Very seriously. Why? Because it’s so easy to just say, I’ll do it tomorrow. I don’t feel like it today. There is always reason to take a day off.
Now looking at me from the top and realizing my sluggishness today and the reason is low mental state and yesterday’s too much of chocolate, I’m forcing myself to proceed and do the work necessary. Attractive bald man like you, looks at himself with the objective eye and makes the decision. And than he acts on his decision! Ready set. Workout! And that’s what makes bald attractive!
